Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 jest jego rysunkiem, a fig. 2 jest kopia fotografii wzoru. Fotel wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zawiera podstawe oraz siedzisko w formie prostokatnej plyty z zaokraglonymi naroznikami oraz przylegajace do jej tylnego boku oparcie plecowe wysokie, przy czym krawedz dolna oparcia plecowego wysokiego jest wysunieta ponizej powierzchni dolnej siedziska. Wychodzacy ponad powierzchnie górna siedziska dolny fragment oparcia plecowego wysokiego w widoku z boku jest nachylony w strone powierzchni górnej siedziska, po czym po krótkim luku przechodzi w powierzchnie odchylona od powierzchni siedziska, ponadto w czesci górnej oparcie plecowe wysokie jest wygiete w luk dlugi, który wybrzuszeniem skierowany jest w strone siedziska, natomiast zakonczenie luku dlugiego odchodzi w tyl od siedziska. W widoku z przodu oparcie plecowe wysokie zweza sie równomiernie w kierunku od dolu do góry. Podstawa jest kolumna oparta na stopie w formie rozchodzacych siegwiezdziscie wsporników zwienczonych kólkami, przy czym od dolu wsporniki sa zakonczone kólkami. Na wysokosci przejscia dolnego, nachylonego w strone powierzchni górnej siedziska, fragmentu oparcia plecowego w powierzchnie odchylona od powierzchni siedziska, sa usytuowane podlokietniki, których wsporniki wychodza spod siedziska. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is an armchair, intended primarily for furnishing offices and study rooms. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edges of its components. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 is a drawing of the design, and Fig. 2 is a copy of a photograph of the design. The armchair, according to the industrial design, comprises a base and a seat in the form of a rectangular panel with rounded corners, and a high backrest adjacent to its rear side, with the lower edge of the high backrest extending below the lower surface of the seat. The lower section of the high backrest, extending above the upper seat surface, is inclined towards the upper seat surface in a side view, then transitions in a short arc to a surface that slopes away from the seat surface. Furthermore, the upper section of the high backrest is curved into a long arc, the bulge of which points towards the seat, while the end of the long arc extends rearward from the seat. In the front view, the high backrest tapers evenly from bottom to top. The base is a column resting on a foot in the form of radiating supports topped with wheels, with the supports terminating in wheels at the bottom. At the level where the lower section of the backrest, inclined towards the upper seat surface, transitions to the surface that slopes away from the seat surface, are armrests, the supports of which extend from under the seat.
