Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw foteli, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do wyposazenia gabinetów i biur. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi jego elementów. Zestaw zawiera dwa elementy, z których kazdy jest oddzielna odmiana wzoru. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 jest rysunkiem jego odmiany pierwszej, fig. 1a kopia fotografii wzoru wedlug tej odmiany, a fig. 2 jest rysunkiem odmiany drugiej wzoru przemyslowego, natomiast fig. 2a stanowi kopie fotografii odmiany drugiej wzoru. Odmiana pierwsza wzoru przemyslowego zawiera siedzisko, podstawe oraz siedzisko w formie prostokatnej plyty z zaokraglonymi naroznikami oraz przylegajace do jej tylnego boku oparcie plecowe wysokie, przy czym krawedz dolna oparcia plecowego wysokiego jest wysunieta ponizej powierzchni dolnej siedziska. Wychodzacy ponad powierzchnie górna siedziska dolny fragment oparcia plecowego wysokiego w widoku z boku jest nachylony w strone powierzchni górnej siedziska, po czym po krótkim luku przechodzi wpowierzchnie odchylona od powierzchni siedziska, ponadto w czesci górnej oparcie plecowe wysokie jest wygiete w luk dlugi, który wybrzuszeniem skierowany jest w strone siedziska, natomiast zakonczenie luku dlugiego odchodzi w tyl od siedziska. Odmiana druga wzoru przemyslowego zawiera siedzisko, podstawe oraz siedzisko w formie prostokatnej plyty z zaokraglonymi naroznikami oraz przylegajace do jej tylnego boku oparcie plecowe wysokie, przy czym krawedz dolna oparcia plecowego wysokiego jest wysunieta ponizej powierzchni dolnej siedziska. PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a set of armchairs, intended primarily for furnishing study rooms and offices. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edge lines of its components. The set contains two components, each of which is a separate design variant. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 is a drawing of its first variant, Fig. 1a is a copy of a photograph of a design based on this variant, Fig. 2 is a drawing of the second variant of the industrial design, and Fig. 2a is a copy of a photograph of the second variant of the design. The first variant of the industrial design comprises a seat, a base, and a seat in the form of a rectangular board with rounded corners, and a high backrest adjacent to its rear side, with the lower edge of the high backrest extending below the lower surface of the seat. The lower section of the high backrest, extending above the top of the seat, slopes toward the top of the seat in a side view, then, after a short arc, transitions to a surface that slopes away from the seat surface. Furthermore, in its upper section, the high backrest is curved into a long arc, the bulge pointing toward the seat, while the end of the long arc extends rearward from the seat. In the front view, the high backrest tapers evenly from bottom to top. The base is a rod forming a spatial frame, the elements of which in the front and side views reproduce the letter "C", wherein in the side view the upper shelf of the letter "C" transforms into an oblique section directed towards the base of the armchair, while on the upper shelves of the frame, at the height of the transition of the lower part of the stove backrest, inclined towards the upper surface of the seat, into the surface deviated from the seat surface, there are armrests. The second variant of the industrial design includes a seat, a base, and a seat in the form of a rectangular plate with rounded corners, and a high backrest adjacent to its rear side, with the lower edge of the high backrest extending below the lower surface of the seat. The lower section of the high backrest, extending above the upper seat surface, is inclined towards the upper seat surface in a side view, then, after a short arc, transitions to a surface that slopes away from the seat surface. Furthermore, in its upper section, the high backrest is curved into a long arc, the bulge of which points towards the seat, while the end of the long arc extends rearward from the seat surface. In the front view, the high backrest tapers evenly from bottom to top. The base is made of rods that form a spatial frame, the arrangement of which in the front and rear views reproduces the letter "H," while in the side views, the arrangement of the base elements reproduces an inverted "U" with crossbars lined with armrests, located at the height of the transition of the lower section of the backrest, which slopes towards the upper seat surface, into the surface that slopes away from the seat surface.
