Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest fotel tapicerowany, przeznaczony do wyposazenia pomieszczen dla celów wypoczynkowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac fotela tapicerowanego wedlug wzoru przemyslo- wego wyraza sie w ksztalcie. Fotel wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma masywna czesc nosna, która stanowi wysoki spód, boki odchylone na zewnatrz oraz oparcie, tworzace z bokami jednolita calosc. Boki fotela maja od frontu zarys wydluzonej elipsy, natomiast ich zarys boczny jest zblizony do trapezu, którego górna krawedz jest lekko ukosna. Oparcie posiada okladzine poduszkowa wywinieta na zewnatrz, która od frontu ma ksztalt stylizowanego trapezu foremnego o wiekszej lukowatej podstawie na górze. W zaglebieniu fotela znajduje sie wysoka poducha siedzenia o napecznialej powierzchni górnej. Fotel zaopatrzony jest w nózki w ksztalcie kielicha.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku oraz fotografiach gdzie fig.1 przedstawia fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie fotela w widoku z boku, a fig. 3 fotografie fotela w widoku z tylu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Boki fotela sa odchylone na zewnatrz przy czym od frontu maja zarys wydluzona elipsy, natomiast zarys boczny jest zblizony do trapezu, którego góma krawedz jest lekko ukosna. Oparcie, tworzace z bokami jednolita calosc, posiada okladzine poduszkowa wywinieta na zewnatrz. Okladzina ma ksztalt stylizowanego trapezu foremnego o wiekszej lukowatej podstawie na górze. The new and original form of the upholstered armchair based on the industrial design is expressed in its shape. The armchair based on the industrial design has a massive supporting part consisting of a high base, outward-curving sides, and a backrest, forming a single unit with the sides. The sides of the armchair have an elongated ellipse shape from the front, while their lateral outline is similar to a trapezoid, the upper edge of which is slightly sloping. The backrest has a cushioned lining that is turned outward, which from the front has the shape of a stylized regular trapezoid with a larger, arched base at the top. A high seat cushion with a puffed upper surface is located in the armchair's recess. The armchair is equipped with cup-shaped legs. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and photographs, where Fig. 1 shows the armchair from the front, Fig. 2 shows a side view, and Fig. 3 shows a rear view. Essential features of the industrial design: The armchair's sides are angled outward, with the front having the outline of an elongated ellipse, while the side outline is similar to a trapezoid, the upper edge of which is slightly slanted. The backrest, forming a seamless whole with the sides, has a cushion lining that is turned outward. The lining is shaped like a stylized regular trapezoid with a larger, arched base at the top.
