Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego uksztaltowaniu . Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany zostal na zalaczonej ilustracji , na której fig. 1 przedstawia fragment mebla z zaglówkiem umieszczonym nad poduszka oparcia tylnego . Zaglówek wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac zblizona ksztaltem do walca , przy czym jest on lekko splaszczony od spodu i wychodzi nieznacznie do przodu przed linie powierzchni czolowej poduszki oparcia tylnego , jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji fig. 1 . The subject of the industrial design is a headrest for upholstered furniture, especially for armchairs, sofas, and couches. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the item manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a fragment of the furniture with the headrest placed above the backrest cushion. According to the industrial design, the headrest is roughly cylindrical in shape, slightly flattened on the bottom and extending slightly forward in front of the front surface of the backrest cushion, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 1.
