Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli do jadalni, zwany jadalnia Palermo zlozony ze stolu i krzesel. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w wygladzie i ksztalcie zestawu mebli. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zdjeciu fig. 1 . Zestaw zawiera stól prostokatny, z nogami w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, o jednakowym ksztalcie na calej dlugosci nóg. Nogi polaczone z rama stolu przy pomocy metalowych plytek widocznych w narozach pod blatem stolu. Zestaw zawiera krzesla drewniane o okraglej powierzchni siedzenia. Nogi krzesel zwezone ku dolowi, odchylone odpowiednio w przód i tyl krzesla. Oparcie pleców zlozone z dwóch listew bocznych stanowiacych przedluzenie nóg tylnych. U góry listwy sa polaczone lukowa plyta konczaca oparcie pleców. Listwy boczne oparcia zwezaja sie stozkowo ku górze i odchylaja sie ód pionu w tyl ku gócze oraz w bok ku górze krzesla, tworzac oparcie pochylone do tylu i trapezowo rozszerzone. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Nogi stolu w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, polaczone z rama stolu plytkami metalowymi, widocznymi w narozach pod blatem stolu, jak pokazano na zdjeciu, fig. 1 . The essence of the industrial design is reflected in the appearance and shape of the furniture set. The subject of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 1. The set includes a rectangular table with cuboid legs, the same shape along the entire length of the legs. The legs are connected to the table frame by metal plates visible in the corners under the tabletop. The set includes wooden chairs with a rounded seating surface. The chair legs are tapered downwards and angled towards the front and rear of the chair. The backrest consists of two side slats that extend the rear legs. At the top, the slats are connected by an arched plate that completes the backrest. The side slats of the backrest taper upward and slope away from the vertical toward the top and sideways toward the top of the chair, creating a backrest that tilts backward and widens trapezoidally. Essential industrial design features: Cuboidal table legs, connected to the table frame by metal plates visible in the corners under the tabletop, as shown in the photograph, Fig. 1. Wooden chairs with a round seat surface. Chair legs taper downward and flare outward, respectively, toward the front and back of the chair. The side slats of the backrest, constituting an extension of the rear legs, taper upward and slope away from the vertical toward the back of the chair and sideways outward toward the top of the chair. In combination with the arched plate connecting them from above, they create a trapezoidal backrest, tilted diagonally towards the back of the chair, as shown in the photo, Fig. 1.
