Polska) Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw modulów fotelowych, prze- znaczony zwlaszcza do foteli gabinetowych i biurowych. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii kra- wedzi jego elementów.Zestaw zawiera dwa moduly, z których kazdy jest oddzielna odmiana wzoru Odmiana pierwsza zestawu jest modul zawierajacy siedzisko z oparciem wysokim, a odmiana druga jest modul zawierajacy siedzisko z oparciem niskim. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego w jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym mate- riale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig 1 jest kopia fotografii odmiany pierwszej w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 rysunkiem odmiany pierwszej w widoku z boku, a fig. 3 jest rysunkiem oparcia wedlug odmiany pierwszej wzoru w widoku z przodu, poza tym fig. 4 jest kopia fotografii odmiany drugiej wzoru zdobniczego w wido- ku z przodu, fig. 5 rysunkiem odmiany pierwszej w widoku z boku, natomiast fig. 6 jest rysunkiem oparcia wedlug odmiany drugiej wzoru w widoku z przodu. Priority: May 8, 2001 (Meble. Poznań, Poland). The subject of the ornamental design is a set of armchair modules, intended primarily for executive and office chairs. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, intended for aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edges of its elements. The set contains two modules, each of which is a separate variant of the design. The first variant of the set is a module containing a seat with a high backrest, and the second variant is a module containing a seat with a low backrest. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 is a copy of a photograph of the first variant in a front view, Fig. 2 is a drawing of the first variant in a side view, Fig. 3 is a drawing of a backrest according to the first variant of the pattern in a front view, Fig. 4 is a copy of a photograph of the second variant of the decorative pattern in a front view, Fig. 5 is a drawing of the first variant in a side view, and Fig. 6 is a drawing of a backrest according to the second variant of the pattern in a front view. The first variant of the module according to the decorative pattern comprises a seat in the form of a rectangular panel with rounded corners and a high backrest adjacent to its rear side, wherein the lower edge of the high backrest extends below the lower surface of the seat. The lower section of the high backrest, extending above the upper seat surface, is angled toward the upper seat surface in a side view, then, after a short arc, transitions to a surface that slopes away from the seat surface. Furthermore, in its upper section, the high backrest is curved into a long arc, the bulge pointing toward the seat, while the end of the long arc extends rearward from the seat. In the front view, the high backrest tapers evenly from bottom to top. The second variant of the module, following the decorative pattern, includes a seat in the form of a rectangular panel with rounded corners and a low backrest adjacent to its rear side, with the lower edge of the low backrest extending below the lower seat surface. The lower section of the low backrest, extending above the top of the seat, is angled toward the top of the seat in a side view, then curves into a surface that slopes away from the seat surface. Furthermore, the top section of the backrest is curved into an arc extending back from the seat. In the front view, the backrest tapers evenly from the bottom to the top.
