Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest fotel tapicerowany przeznaczony do wyposaze- nia pomieszczen. Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac fotela tapicerowanego przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Fotel tapicerowany wedlug wzoru posiada mocna, drewniana czesc nosna oraz osa- dzona w niej czesc tapicerowana. Czesc nosna ma z przodu niskie nogi w ksztalcie stylizowanej litery „S", zas z tylu ma nogi w ksztalcie zblizonym do litery „L" o wydluzonej czesci górnej. Plyciny boczne o ksztalcie zblizonym do trapezu maja u dolu dwa wzdluzne wystepy oraz wystep wzdluz górnej krawedzi. Front czesci nosnej posiada dwa wystepy poziome. Czesc tapicerowana stanowi wysoka poducha siedzenia oraz poducha oparcia tylne- go wraz z kolnierzowymi podlokietnikami o lukowym zarysie bocznym, które lagodnie wznosza sie ku oparciu tylnemu. Poducha oparcia tylnego posiada na swojej powierzchni przeszycia, które tworza geometryczna siatke. W pasie górnym powierzchni oparcia, po srodku, utworzona jest figura w ksztalcie trapezu równoramiennego z bocznymi figurami W ksztalcie zblizonym do deltoidów. W pasie dolnym powierzchni oparcia, siegajacym dowysokosci podlokietników, utworzona jest figura w ksztalcie prostokata z bocznymi figu- rami w ksztalcie zblizonym do trapezów. The new and unique character of the upholstered armchair is evident in its shape. The armchair, upholstered according to the design, has a strong, wooden support section and an upholstered section embedded within it. The support section has low legs in the shape of a stylized "S" at the front, while the rear has legs shaped similarly to the letter "L" with an elongated upper section. The trapezoidal-shaped side panels have two longitudinal projections at the bottom and a projection along the upper edge. The front of the support section has two horizontal projections. The upholstered section comprises a high seat cushion and a backrest cushion, along with flanged armrests with an arched side profile that gently rise towards the backrest. The backrest cushion features stitching on its surface, creating a geometric grid. The upper backrest surface, in the center, features an isosceles trapezoid-shaped figure with side figures resembling deltoids. The lower backrest surface, extending to the armrests, features a rectangular figure with side figures resembling trapezoids. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrations, where Fig. 1 shows a perspective side view of the upholstered armchair, Fig. 2 shows a front view of the armchair, and Fig. 3 shows a side view of the armchair.
