PL 27176 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stelaz fotela tapicerowanego. Ww. przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, wykonanym na jednym arkuszu. W celu lepszego zobrazowania wzoru rysunek wzoru przedstawia jego przedmiot w pieciu róznych ujeciach, ukazanych na ww. arkuszu w nastepujacy sposób: Fig. 1 – widok z przodu, Fig. 2 – widok z góry, Fig. 3 – widok z boku Fig. 4 – widok przedniej czesci z góry i z boku, Fig. 5 – widok czesciowo z dolu i z boku. Podstawa uwidoczniona na Fig. 5 sklada sie z zamocowanej do dolnej strony siedziska pary drewnianych listew w sciennym polaczeniu krzyzowym z osadzonymi w nich czterema drewnianymi nogami. Wszystkie nogi zwezaja sie od góry ku dolowi, a ich koncówki od strony dolnej sa zaokraglone. Przednie nogi zaprojektowano jako dluzsze od tylnych, co obrazuje Fig. 3. Oparcie zostalo wykonane ze sklejki gietej. Na rysunku (Fig. 2) ukazano promien giecia sklejki, z której wykonano oparcie. Oparcie jest odchylone do tylu wzgledem plaszczyzny prostopadlej do siedziska (Fig. 3). Rozszerza sie ku górze (Fig. 1 i Fig. 4). Górne narozniki oparcia sa zaokraglone (Fig. 1 i Fig. 4). Zaokragleniami górna krawedz oparcia opada tworzac symetryczny luk, osiagajacy minimum wysokosci w osi symetrii (Fig. 1 i Fig. 4). Siedzisko równiez zostalo wykonane ze sklejki gietej. Na rysunku (Fig. 3 i 4) ukazano promien zagiecia przedniej czesci siedziska. Narozniki zagiecia sa zaokraglone po obu stronach. Siedzisko rozszerza sie ku przodowi. Boki zostaly wykonane ze sklejki. Maja ksztalt czworoboków, których narozniki na styku krawedzi górnych i przednich sa lekko zaokraglone (Fig. 3, 4 i 5). Zgodnie z ksztaltem siedziska i oparcia boki rozwieraja sie ku przodowi i ku górze stelaza. The aforementioned subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, which was created on a single sheet. To better illustrate the design, the design drawing shows the subject from five different views, shown on the aforementioned sheet as follows: Fig. 1 – front view, Fig. 2 – top view, Fig. 3 – side view, Fig. 4 – top and side view of the front part, Fig. 5 – partial bottom and side view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The frame that is the subject of the design consists of: a base, a backrest, a seat, and two sides. The base, shown in Fig. 5, consists of a pair of wooden slats attached to the underside of the seat in a cross-shaped wall joint, with four wooden legs embedded in them. All legs taper from top to bottom, and their lower ends are rounded. The front legs are designed to be longer than the rear legs, as shown in Fig. 3. The backrest is made of bent plywood. The drawing (Fig. 2) shows the bend radius of the plywood from which the backrest is made. The backrest is tilted back relative to a plane perpendicular to the seat (Fig. 3). It widens upward (Fig. 1 and Fig. 4). The upper corners of the backrest are rounded (Fig. 1 and Fig. 4). The rounded top edge of the backrest descends, creating a symmetrical arc, reaching a minimum height at the axis of symmetry (Fig. 1 and Fig. 4). The seat is also made of bent plywood. The drawing (Figs. 3 and 4) shows the bend radius of the front part of the seat. The corners of the fold are rounded on both sides. The seat widens towards the front. The sides are made of plywood. They are quadrilateral in shape, with slightly rounded corners at the junction of the top and front edges (Fig. 3, 4, and 5). Following the shape of the seat and backrest, the sides open forward and towards the top of the frame.
