Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stelaz mebla wypoczynkowego, majacy zastosowanie do osadzania siedziska fotela lub kanapy w meblach wypoczynkowych. Istnieje wiele odmian stelazy mebli wypoczynkowych, które maja wsporniki stanowiace nogi, oraz polaczone z nimi lukowe elementy, bedace podlokietnikami. Wsporniki te, polaczone z podlokiet- nikami, bedace para identycznych ksztaltem elementów, po polaczeniu poprzecznymi lacznikami, stanowia stelaz, do którego mocuje sie tapicerowane siedzisko. Przedstawione rozwiazanie sklada sie z dwóch identycznych elementów, z których kazdy two- rzy konstrukcje jednego z boków stelaza, majacy w kazdej plaszczyznie przekroju poprzecznego zarys zblizony do prostokata. Kazdy z tych elementów stanowi ksztaltowy profil, wygiety lagodnym lukiem w strefie srodkowej, tworzacy w dolnej czesci w zasadzie pionowa i prosta noge, odgieta nieco ku tylowi, zas w tylnej cze- sci w zasadzie prosty podlokietnik, odgiety lagodnie ku dolowi. Podlokietnik w swej tylnej strefie polaczony jest z ksztaltowym elementem, majacym przekrój o zarysie zblizonym ksztaltem do prostokata, stanowiacym tylna noge, przechodzacy lukiem w przybli- zeniu prosty element, stanowiacy oparcie. Przednie i tylne nogi stelaza polaczone sa rama, o zarysie prostokata. Rama ta utworzona jest z ksztaltowych profili o zarysie przekroju poprzecznego zblizonym do prostokata z pozioma dluzsza krawedzia. Równiez tylne strefy wsporników tworzacych oparcie polaczone sa ksztaltowym profilem o zarysie przekroju poprzecznego zblizonym do prostokata. Stelaz ten wykonany jest z drewna lub materialów drewnopochodnych. Do stelaza w znany sposób mocuje sie siedzisko tapicerowane, które razem z tapicerowanym oparciem tworzy fotel lub ka- nape. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 pokazano stelaz w rzucie aksonometrycznym, zas na fig. 2 w zestawieniu z elementami tapicerowanymi. There are many varieties of lounge furniture frames that have supports that act as legs and arched elements connected to them that act as armrests. These brackets, connected to the armrests, which are a pair of identically shaped elements, after connecting with transverse connectors, constitute a frame to which the upholstered seat is attached. The presented solution consists of two identical elements, each of which forms the structure of one of the sides of the frame, having an outline similar to a rectangle in each cross-sectional plane. Each of these elements is a shaped profile, bent with a gentle arc in the central zone, creating in the lower part an essentially vertical and straight leg, slightly bent backwards, and in the rear part, an essentially straight armrest, bent gently downwards. In its rear zone, the armrest is connected to a shaped element with a cross-section similar to a rectangle, constituting the rear leg, with an arc passing through an approximately straight element, constituting the backrest. The front and rear legs of the frame are connected by a rectangular frame. This frame is made of shaped profiles with a cross-sectional outline close to a rectangle with a horizontal longer edge. The rear zones of the brackets forming the backrest are also connected with a shaped profile with a cross-sectional outline close to a rectangle. This frame is made of wood or wood-based materials. An upholstered seat is attached to the frame in a known way, and together with the upholstered backrest it creates an armchair or sofa. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the frame in an axonometric projection, and Fig. 2 shows it in combination with upholstered elements.
