There are many varieties of lounge chairs, with the seat and backrest mounted between two frame elements. The frame is made of bent profiles made of wood or wood-based materials. The shape of the frame creates supports, which serve as legs and an armrest. The seats and backrest are upholstered elements, permanently connected to the frame. The presented solution features a frame consisting of two identical elements, each forming the structure of one of the armchair's sides, with a roughly rectangular outline in each cross-sectional plane. Each of these frame elements is a shaped profile with a straight section, forming the frame's base. The front section, essentially a straight section, curves upward and tilts backward. This section, in a gentle curve, transitions into the armrest section, which slopes backward and downward. At the backrest, the section transitions in a gentle curve into a section that curves downward and slightly forward. This frame is made of wood or wood-based materials. An upholstered seat is attached to the frame in a familiar manner, and together with the upholstered backrest, it forms an armchair or sofa. An upholstered seat is embedded between the frame elements, connected at the rear to the upholstered backrest. The seat and backrest have an external shape that approximates a rectangle. The front of the seat is permanently connected to the roughly vertical sections of the frame, while the backrest is permanently connected to the lower section of the rear section, which faces downward. The seat and backrest are made of upholstery fabric or leather, with upholstery stitching. The industrial design is illustrated in photographs: Photo 1 shows the armchair from a side view, Photo 2 shows the side and rear views, and Photo 3 shows the front and side views. The essential features of the industrial design, distinguishing it from other armchairs, are the shape of the elements that make up the frame and, in combination, the shape of the seat and backrest. A frame consisting of two identical elements, each of which forms the structure of one of the sides of the armchair, having in each plane of cross-section an outline close to a rectangle, wherein each of these elements is a shaped profile which has a straight section, forming the base of the frame, passing in a gentle arc into the front part, which is essentially a straight section, directed upwards and inclined towards the rear, which passes in a gentle arc into the armrest part, inclined towards the rear and downwards, and in the area of the backrest of the furniture, passes in a gentle arc into a section directed downwards and slightly towards the front, and between the elements of the frame is mounted an upholstered seat, connected in its rear area to an upholstered backrest, wherein the seat and backrest have an external outline close to a rectangle.
