Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stelaz mebla wypoczynkowego, majacy zastosowanie do osadzania siedziska fotela lub kanapy w meblach wypoczynkowych. Istnieje wiele odmian stelazy mebli wypoczynkowych, które maja wsporniki stanowiace nogi, oraz polaczone z nimi lukowe elementy, bedace podlokietnikami. Wsporniki te, polaczone z podlo- kietnikami, bedace para identycznych ksztaltem elementów, po polaczeniu poprzecznymi lacznikami, stanowia stelaz, do którego mocuje sie tapicerowane siedzisko. Przedstawione rozwiazanie sklada sie z dwóch identycznych elementów, z których kazdy tworzy konstrukcje jednego z boków stelaza, majacy w kazdej plaszczyznie przekroju poprzecznego zarys zblizony do prostokata. Kazdy z tych elementów stanowi ksztaltowy profil, który ma odcinek prosty, tworzacy podstawe stelaza, przechodzacy lagodnym lukiem w czesc przednia, stanowiaca w zasadzie prosty odcinek, skierowany ku górze i pochylony ku tylowi, który lagodnym lukiem przechodzi w czesc bedaca podlokietnikiem, pochylona ku tylowi i w dól, zas w strefie oparcia mebla, przechodzi lagodnym lukiem w odcinek skierowany ku dolowi i nieco ku przodowi. There are many varieties of lounge furniture frames that have supports that act as legs and arched elements connected to them that act as armrests. These brackets, connected to the armrests, which are a pair of identically shaped elements, after being connected with transverse connectors, constitute a frame to which the upholstered seat is attached. The presented solution consists of two identical elements, each of which forms the structure of one of the sides of the frame, having an outline similar to a rectangle in each cross-sectional plane. Each of these elements is a shaped profile that has a straight section, forming the base of the frame, passing with a gentle arc into the front part, which is basically a straight section, directed upwards and inclined towards the back, which with a gentle arc passes into the part constituting the armrest, inclined towards the back. and downwards, and in the furniture backrest area, it passes in a gentle arc into a section directed downwards and slightly forwards. This frame is made of wood or wood-based materials. An upholstered seat is attached to the frame in a known way, and together with the upholstered backrest it creates an armchair or sofa. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the frame in an axonometric projection, and Fig. 2 shows it in a horizontal projection on a vertical plane.
