Known side elements of lounge furniture include legs located in the armchair or sofa frame and a shaped armrest, either in the form of a frame with upholstery filling or a frame made of a shaped rod. Also known are side elements of lounge furniture in the form of curved, shaped rods, usually rectangular in cross-section, forming both the front and back legs, with the upper section located under the armrest. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, which shows the side element from a side view. The side element of the lounge furniture, located on either side of the armchair or sofa, is a profile, preferably wooden, with a rectangular cross-section. Each side element is a profile shaped so that its lower section is approximately vertical, constituting the front leg. The section above the seat is gently curved backwards and continues into the section under the armrest, slightly curved downwards in the rear area.
