Krzeslo Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest krzeslo, przeznaczone do ogródków piwnych, kawiarnianych, ogrodów i tym podobnych. Znane sa z publikacji wspólnotowych wzorów przemyslowych RCD.000407028-0001 i RCD.000411285-0001 krzesla o czterech nogach z podlokietnikami i oparciem, przy czym nogi maja w przekroju poprzecz- nym zarys czworokatny, a siedziska i oparcia sa wykonane z podluznych klepek. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wzoru przejawiaja- ca sie w jego ksztalcie, konturach i ukladzie linii oraz materiale wykona- nia. Na okolo Ys dlugosci tych listew jest rozmieszczony prosty lacz- nik, na którym wspiera sie siedzisko krzesla, a na okolo 3 A swej dlugosci listwy sa ugiete do przodu i oblozone drewnianymi listwami tworzac pod- lokietniki. Metalowe listwy tworzace przednie nogi sa jeszcze bardziej wydluzone i dwukrotnie wygiete: do tylu tworzac konstrukcje siedziska, a nastepnie w góre tworzac konstrukcje oparcia. Ponadto ponad siedziskiem sa nieco zbiezne wzgledem siebie. W górnej ich czesci jest na nie nalozona pozioma listwa metalowa tworza- ca wykonczenie oparcia. Przestrzen stanowiaca siedzisko i oparcie jest wypelniona drewnianymi listwami, ulozonymi poprzecznie do metalowych listew tworzacych nogi krzesla. Rozstaw przednich nóg krzesla jest wiekszy od rozstawu tylnych nóg, a w widoku z boku sa one rozbiezne. Community design publications RCD.000407028-0001 and RCD.000411285-0001 provide four-legged chairs with armrests and a backrest, the legs having a quadrangular outline in cross-section, and the seats and backrests being made of longitudinal planks. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the design manifested in its shape, contours, and arrangement of lines, as well as the material used. The chair according to the pattern is shown in the illustrations, which show: Fig. 1 - photographs of the chair according to the pattern in a perspective view; Fig. 2 - drawing of the chair in a front view; Fig. 3 - Cross-sectional drawing of the chair. The industrial-style chair has a frame made of square-section metal slats, which are formed by arcs to form four legs, the seat structure, the backrest structure, and the armrests. It also has wooden elements that fill the seat, seat cushion, and backrest. The metal slats forming the rear legs of the chair are elongated and protrude above the seat. A simple connector is placed along approximately Ys of these slats, supporting the seat, and for approximately 3A of their length, the slats are bent forward and covered with wooden slats to form the armrests. The metal slats forming the front legs are even longer and bent twice: backward to form the seat structure, and then upward to form the backrest structure. Moreover, above the seat, they are slightly converging. A horizontal metal strip is placed on top of them, forming the backrest finish. The space comprising the seat and backrest is filled with wooden strips arranged transversely to the metal strips forming the chair legs. The front legs of the chair are spaced further apart than the rear legs, and in a side view, they diverge.
