PL 24705 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli klasycznych tworzacych zestaw fotela oraz kanapy dwu/trzyosobowej z mozliwoscia wykorzystywania w typowych warunkach domowych, jak równiez w miejscach rekreacyjnych, czy pomieszczeniach goscinnych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie oraz kolorystyka powierzchni mebli wyrózniajaca sie wysokimi walorami estetycznymi, uzytkowymi, a takze ergonomicznymi zwiazanymi z wygoda siedzenia. Ponadto jest mozliwosc zestawienia mebli do okreslonych aktualnych potrzeb i warunków korzystania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na któ- rym fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny z przodu fotela, fig. 2 – widok aksonometryczny z przodu kanapy dwu/trzyosobowej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Pierwsza odmiana zestawu mebli klasycznych jest fotel skladajacy sie z czesci tapicero- wanej i stelaza drewnianego o budowie laczonych ze soba prostopadlosciennych belek o róznych wymiarach i zróznicowanych sposobach polaczenia. Charakterystycznym jest konstrukcja bocznego oparcia. Przestrzennie stanowi konstrukcje ramowa, majaca ksztalt zblizony do kwadratu, którego górna czescia jest pozioma belka oparciowa, zas dolna jest usytuowana w koncówce ramy szeroka plyta polaczona z pionowymi ramionami. W prze- ciwleglych narozach ramy osadzone sa przeprowadzone krzyzowo katowe wewnetrzne belki polaczeniowe wypelniajace wolna przestrzen ramy, tworzac zwarta, mocna konstruk- cje bocznego oparcia. Powierzchnia ramy od strony siedziska pokryta jest oslonowa tka- nina o barwie odpowiadajacej kolorystyce tkanin poduch oparcia i siedziska. W przedniej czesci fotela, pomiedzy bocznymi oparciami znajduje sie poducha siedziska laczaca sie tylna krawedzia z poducha tylnego katowego oparcia którego powierzchnia zawiera bar- dzo duze podluzne wglebienia tworzace pasmowa powierzchnie oparciowa. W przedniej czesci fotela znajduje sie dodatkowa listwa polaczeniowa bocznych ram oparciowych, pod która widoczna jest powierzchnia cokolu fotela. 2. W drugiej odmianie zestawu mebli klasycznych kanapa dwu/trzyosobowa zawiera podu- chy siedziska i tylnego oparcia o jednolitej budowie z zaznaczona na powierzchni tylnego oparcia pasmowa powierzchnie oparciowa, zas na powierzchni siedziska zaznaczone sa podwójne wszycia z wglebieniami. Stelaze bocznych oparc sa identyczne jak w fotelu. PL 24705 3 Ilustracja wzoru PL 24705 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PLPL 24705 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a set of classic furniture consisting of an armchair and a two/three-seater sofa with the possibility of use in typical home conditions, as well as in recreational areas or guest rooms. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape and colouring of the furniture surface, distinguished by high aesthetic, utility and ergonomic values related to the comfort of sitting. In addition, it is possible to combine the furniture for specific current needs and conditions of use. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view from the front of the armchair, Fig. 2 – an axonometric view from the front of the two/three-seater sofa. Essential features of an industrial design 1. The first type of a set of classic furniture is an armchair consisting of an upholstered part and a wooden frame with a structure of interconnected cuboid beams of different dimensions and different ways of connection. The construction of the side backrest is characteristic. In terms of space, it is a frame structure, with a shape similar to a square, the upper part of which is a horizontal backrest beam, while the lower part is a wide board located at the end of the frame connected with vertical arms. In the opposite corners of the frame, there are cross-shaped internal connecting beams mounted, filling the free space of the frame, creating a compact, strong construction of the side backrest. The surface of the frame on the seat side is covered with a protective fabric in a colour corresponding to the colour of the fabrics of the backrest and seat cushions. In the front part of the armchair, between the side backrests, there is a seat cushion connected by its rear edge to the cushion of the rear angled backrest, the surface of which contains very large longitudinal recesses creating a striped backrest surface. In the front part of the armchair, there is an additional connecting strip of the side backrest frames, under which the surface of the armchair base is visible. 2. In the second version of the classic furniture set, the two-/three-seater sofa contains seat and backrest cushions of a uniform structure with a striped backrest surface marked on the surface of the rear backrest, while double stitching with recesses is marked on the seat surface.
