Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny z przodu fotela, fig. 2 – widok aksonometryczny z przodu kanapy dwu/trzyosobowej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Pierwsza odmiana kompletu stylowych mebli tapicerowanych jest fotel skladajacy sie z dwóch bocznych pionowych scian polaczonych ze soba w okreslonej od siebie odleglosci i przyjetej wysokosci z pozioma powierzchnia stanowiaca siedzisko o lukowej górnej powierzchni poduchy siedziska opartej na cokole, zas z przeciwnej strony polaczonej z tylnym oparciem. Na zewnetrznych powierzchniach bocznych pionowych scian, na poziomie górnej powierzchni poduchy siedziska uksztaltowane sa na calej szerokosci sciany pojedyncze walcowe wystepy stanowiace dolna krawedz odchylenia pod niewielkim katem na zewnatrz sciany tworzacej kat rozwarty z powierzchnia poduchy siedziska oraz dzielace zewnetrzne powierzchnie na dwie polowy. Efekty zdobnicze fotel uzyskuje równiez z wyprofilowania na calej powierzchni tylnego oparcia od strony siedziska faktury katowych równolegloboków, takich jak na pionowych bocznych scianach. 2. Druga odmiana kompletu stylowych mebli tapicerowanych jest kanapa dwu/trzyosobowa, która ma siedzisko i tylne oparcie o szerokosci zblizonej do podwójnej/potrójnej szerokosci fotela. Powierzchnia cokolu ma jednolita budowe, zas powierzchnie siedziska i tylnego oparcia maja budowe dwu/trzysegmentowa ze szczelinowymi przeszyciami stanowiacymi przerwy miedzy segmentami. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape and coloring of the surfaces of individual pieces of furniture, distinguished by aesthetic, utility, and ergonomic values related to the comfort of sitting. In addition, it is possible to combine furniture for specific current needs and conditions of use. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view from the front of the armchair, Fig. 2 - an axonometric view from the front of the two/three-seater sofa. Essential features of an industrial design 1. The first type of a set of stylish upholstered furniture is an armchair consisting of two side vertical walls connected to each other at a specified distance from each other and at an assumed height with a horizontal surface constituting a seat with an arcuate upper surface of the seat cushion supported on a plinth, and on the opposite side connected to the rear backrest. On the outer surfaces of the side vertical walls, at the level of the upper surface of the seat cushion, single cylindrical projections are formed along the entire width of the wall, constituting the lower edge of the deflection at a small angle to the outside of the wall forming an obtuse angle with the surface of the seat cushion and dividing the outer surfaces into two halves. The upper surfaces are smooth, while the lower surfaces are profiled with angular parallelograms, giving these surfaces a specific characteristic decorative texture of the furniture. In the lower part, the vertical side walls are connected in the corners with prism-shaped legs, the front legs of which contain vertical strips at a small height with the width of the vertical side walls. On the width of the plinth at the upper level, there is a wide horizontal decorative strip of the furniture. The armchair also obtains decorative effects from profiling the entire surface of the rear backrest from the seat side with the texture of angular parallelograms, such as on the vertical side walls. 2. The second variety of the set of stylish upholstered furniture is a two/three-seater sofa, which has a seat and rear backrest with a width close to double/triple the width of the armchair. The surface of the plinth has a uniform structure, while the surfaces of the seat and rear backrest have a two/three-segment structure with slotted stitching constituting gaps between the segments.
