Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na któ- rym fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny z przodu fotela, fig. 2 – widok aksonometryczny z przodu kanapy dwu/trzyosobowej. Zestaw stylowych mebli tapicerowanych ma zewnetrzna powierzchnie pokrycia o barwie i faktu- rze charakterystycznej da pokrycia tkanina meblowa. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Pierwsza odmiana zestawu stylowych mebli tapicerowanych jest fotel z lukowym górnym tylnym oparciem którego powierzchnia tylnego oparcia ma glebokimi wszyciami uksztal- towane kielichowo, parami, o jednakowej szerokosci podluzne pasma o lukowych po- wierzchniach oparciowych, z których zewnetrzne pasma sa szersze od pozostalych i prze- chodza w dolnej czesci w powierzchnie górnych walcowych bocznych oparc, majacych czworokatne boczne lukowe powierzchnie zewnetrzne. Powierzchnie wewnetrzne bocz- nych oparc maja stopniowo zmniejszajaca sie grubosc w kierunku do dolnej powierzchni. Czolowe powierzchnie bocznych oparc sa miejscem osadzenia podluznych drewnianych elementów zdobniczych stylizujacych wydluzona litere „S", z kolistym górnym zakoncze- niem i prostopadlym dolnym koncem, polaczonym z pozioma drewniana rama stelaza fo- tela, w którego narozach posadzone sa prostopadloscienne stopki fotela. Dolna we- wnetrzna krawedz tylnego oparcia styka sie z poducha siedziska majaca górna czolowa krawedz obszyta grubym walcowym kiederem, bedac w niewielkim zakresie wysunieta przednia czolowa powierzchnia przed powierzchnie cokolu, na której jest oparta. Charak- terystycznym elementem wzoru mebla jest hebanowy kolor drewnianego stelaza i podluz- nych wzorów zdobniczych w odniesieniu do jasnych kolorowych tkanin powierzchni tapi- cerowanych fotela. 2. Druga odmiana zestawu stylowych mebli tapicerowanych jest kanapa dwu/trzyosobowa, która ma siedzisko i tylne oparcie o szerokosci zblizonej do podwójnej/potrójnej szerokosci fotela, bedac o jednolitej budowie. Tylne oparcie ma lukowa górna krawedz, zas na po- wierzchni oparciowej glebokimi wszyciami uksztaltowane sa podluzne pasma oparciowe, które w czesci srodkowej oddzielone sa szerokim pasmem oparciowym. Na powierzchni siedziska w plaszczyznie podluznej osi symetrii szerokiego pasma oparciowego, wyko- nane jest glebokie przeszycie dzielace siedzisko na dwie polowy. Poducha siedziska lekko wystaje przed powierzchnie cokolu, na której osadzone jest poprzeczne ramie drewnia- nego stelaza fotela. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape and color of the surfaces of the individual pieces, which are distinguished by high aesthetic, functional, and ergonomic values related to the comfort of sitting or lying. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view from the front of the armchair, and Fig. 2 – an axonometric view from the front of the two-/three-seater sofa. The set of stylish upholstered furniture has an outer surface covered in the color and texture characteristic of upholstery fabric. Essential Features of Industrial Design 1. The first variety of a set of stylish upholstered furniture is an armchair with an arched upper rear backrest, the surface of which has deep cup-shaped, paired, longitudinal strips of equal width with arched backrest surfaces, with the outer strips being wider than the others and merging at the bottom into the surfaces of the upper cylindrical side backrests, which have quadrangular, arched outer lateral surfaces. The inner surfaces of the side backrests have gradually decreasing thickness towards the lower surface. The front surfaces of the side backrests are the mounting points for longitudinal wooden decorative elements stylizing an elongated "S" with a circular upper end and a perpendicular lower end connected to the horizontal wooden frame of the armchair frame, in the corners of which are mounted the armchair's rectangular feet. The lower inner edge of the rear backrest is in contact with the seat cushion, which has its upper front edge trimmed with a thick cylindrical edging, its front surface slightly protruding from the surface of the plinth on which it rests. A characteristic element of the furniture design is the ebony color of the wooden frame and the longitudinal decorative patterns in relation to the light colored fabrics of the armchair's upholstered surfaces. 2. The second variety of stylish upholstered furniture is a two- or three-seater sofa, which has a seat and backrest width approximately twice or triple the width of the armchair, yet is of a uniform construction. The backrest has an arched upper edge, and the backrest surface features deep stitching that forms longitudinal backrest strips, which are separated in the middle by a wide backrest strip. A deep stitching is made on the seat surface, in the longitudinal plane of the symmetry axis of the wide backrest strip, dividing the seat into two halves. The seat cushion protrudes slightly beyond the surface of the plinth, on which the transverse arm of the armchair's wooden frame is mounted.
