Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie oraz kolorystyka powierzchni po- szczególnych mebli wyrózniajacych sie wysokimi walorami estetycznymi, uzytkowymi, a takze ergono- micznymi zwiazanymi z wygoda siedzenia czy lezenia. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shaping and color of the surfaces of individual pieces of furniture distinguished by high aesthetic, functional and ergonomic values related to the comfort of sitting or lying down.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na któ- rym fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny z przodu fotela, fig. 2 – widok aksonometryczny z przodu kanapy dwu/trzyosobowej. Pierwsza odmiana zestawu stylowych mebli tapicerowanych jest fotel z lukowym górnym tylnym oparciem którego powierzchnia tylnego oparcia ma glebokimi wszyciami uksztal- towane kielichowo, parami, o jednakowej szerokosci podluzne pasma o lukowych po- wierzchniach oparciowych, z których zewnetrzne pasma sa szersze od pozostalych i prze- chodza w dolnej czesci w powierzchnie górnych walcowych bocznych oparc, majacych czworokatne boczne lukowe powierzchnie zewnetrzne. Powierzchnie wewnetrzne bocz- nych oparc maja stopniowo zmniejszajaca sie grubosc w kierunku do dolnej powierzchni. Significant features of the industrial design 1. The first variation of the stylish upholstered furniture set is an armchair with an arched upper rear backrest, the backrest surface of which has deep seams shaped like a cup, in pairs of the same width, longitudinal bands with arched backrests, from which the outer bands are wider than the rest and extends in the lower part into the surfaces of the upper cylindrical side-rests having quadrilateral lateral arched outer surfaces. The inner surfaces of the side rests have a gradually decreasing thickness towards the lower surface.

Na powierzchni siedziska w plaszczyznie podluznej osi symetrii szerokiego pasma oparciowego, wyko- nane jest glebokie przeszycie dzielace siedzisko na dwie polowy. Poducha siedziska lekko wystaje przed powierzchnie cokolu, na której osadzone jest poprzeczne ramie drewnia- nego stelaza fotela. The lower internal edge of the rear backrest is in contact with the seat cushion having an upper front edge trimmed with a thick cylindrical tuck, being a slight protruding front front surface in front of the surface of the plinth on which it rests. A characteristic element of the furniture design is the ebony color of the wooden frame and elongated decorative patterns in relation to the bright colored fabrics of the upholstered surface of the armchair. 2. The second variation of the stylish upholstered furniture set is the two / three-seater sofa, which has a seat and backrest of a width similar to the double / triple width of the armchair, being of a uniform structure. The backrest has a curved upper edge, while on the backrest surface, long backrest strips are shaped with deep stitching, which are separated in the central part by a wide backrest strip. On the surface of the seat, in the plane of the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the wide backrest strip, a deep stitching is made dividing the seat into two halves. The seat cushion slightly protrudes in front of the plinth, on which the transverse frame of the wooden armchair frame is mounted.
