Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naroznik wypoczynkowy wykonczony tkanina obiciowa, skóra naturalna albo materialem skóropodobnym. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac naroznika przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii konturów i ksztaltach nadajacych mu oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zdjeciach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia naroznik w widoku z przodu a fig. 2 przedstawia naroznik w widoku z boku. Naroznik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt litery "L" i zbudowany jest z osadzonego na konstrukcji nosnej siedziska, oparcia tylnego oraz oparcia bocznego. W dolnej czesci naroznika, pod siedziskiem umiejscowiona jest listwa cokolowa oraz umieszczona nad nia, okolo dwukrotnie wyzsza listwa czolowa. Osadzone na konstrukcji nosnej siedzisko utworzone jest z dwóch przylegajacych do siebie pod katem prostym prostokatnych poduch. Do siedziska naroznika zamocowane jest oparcie tylne, którego dlugosc z jednej strony naroznika jest krótsza niz dlugosc znajdujacego sie pod nim siedziska. Czesc siedziska do którego nie jest zamocowane oparcie tylne jest przedluzona w kierunku do tylu i jego tylna krawedz licuje sie z tylna krawedzia oparcia tylnego. Oparcie tylne ma w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt trapezu prostokatnego oraz utworzone jest z pieciu poduch. Dwie poduchy oparcia tylnego sa wyzsze od pozostalych i zamocowane sa do siebie pod katem prostym w narozu naroznika. Trzy pozostale poduchy oparcia tylnego sa jednakowe a na ich górnej czesci osadzone sa zaglówki. Zaglówki w przekroju poprzecznym maja ksztalt zblizony do trójkata prostokatnego, którego przeciwprostokatna znajdujaca sie od czolowej strony naroznika jest wypukla. Z jednej strony do boku naroznika zamocowane jest oparcie boczne o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadloscianu, którego czolowa górna krawedz jest zaokraglona. Górna plaszczyzna oparcia bocznego znajduje sie na wysokosci okolo polowy wysokosci oparcia tylnego naroznika. Oparcie boczne wzdluz dolnej czolowej krawedzi oraz wzdluz zewnetrznej czolowej i górnej krawedzi ma umiejscowiony ozdobny pas. Na siedzisku umieszczone sa cztery ozdobne poduszki, przy czym jedna poduszka jest prostokatna i oparta jest o narozna czesc oparcia a trzy pozostale ksztaltem zblizone do zaglówków naroznika przylegaja do poduch oparcia tylnego na których osadzone sa zaglówki. Kolorystyka naroznika jest kontrastowa, listwa cokolowa, ozdobny pas oparcia bocznego, zaglówki oraz ozdobne poduszki sa innego koloru niz pozostale elementy naroznika. Naroznik osadzony jest na metalizowanych nogach. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Cecha charakterystyczna naroznika wypoczynkowego jest specyficzne uksztaltowanie oparcia tylnego, oparcia bocznego, zaglówków oraz umieszczonych na siedzisku ozdobnych poduch, a ponadto jego kontrastowa kolorystyka. Naroznik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt litery "L" i zbudowany jest z osadzonego na konstrukcji nosnej siedziska, oparcia tylnego oraz oparcia bocznego. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the corner sofa, manifested in the features of the contour lines and shapes that give it an original and individual aesthetic. The industrial design is illustrated in the photographs, where Fig. 1 shows the corner sofa from the front and Fig. 2 shows the corner sofa from the side. According to the industrial design, the corner sofa is L-shaped and consists of a seat mounted on a supporting structure, a backrest, and a side support. At the bottom of the corner sofa, beneath the seat, is a baseboard and above it, a frontboard approximately twice as high. The seat mounted on the supporting structure is composed of two rectangular cushions adjacent at right angles. The backrest is attached to the corner sofa seat, the length of which on one side of the corner sofa is shorter than the length of the seat underneath. The part of the seat to which the backrest is not attached is extended rearward, and its rear edge is flush with the rear edge of the backrest. The backrest has a rectangular trapezoid cross-section and is composed of five cushions. Two of the backrest cushions are higher than the others and are attached at right angles to each other at the corner of the corner sofa. The three remaining backrest cushions are identical, and headrests are mounted on their upper sections. The headrests, in cross-section, have a shape similar to a right-angled triangle, whose hypotenuse, located on the front side of the corner sofa, is convex. On one side of the corner sofa, a side backrest, roughly rectangular in shape, is attached to the side, with a rounded upper front edge. The upper surface of the side backrest is approximately halfway up the rear backrest. A decorative stripe runs along the lower front edge of the side backrest and along the outer front and upper edges.
