Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych wykonczony tkanina obiciowa, skóra naturalna albo materialem skóropodobnym. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac mebli przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii konturów i ksztaltach nadajacych im oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi naroznik oraz fotel. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zdjeciu, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia naroznik zestawu mebli, a fig. 2 przedstawia fotel zestawu mebli wypoczynkowych. Naroznik zestawu mebli wypoczynkowych ma ksztalt litery "L" i zbudowany jest z osadzonego na konstrukcji nosnej siedziska, oparcia tylnego oraz oparc bocznych. Osadzone na konstrukcji nosnej siedzisko podzielone jest wzdluznymi liniami wglebien na trzy czesci. Dwie pierwsze czesci siedziska maja ozdobne, wzdluzne, podwójne linie przeszyc w polowie swojej szerokosci, a trzecia czesc siedziska jest przedluzona do przodu i jest okolo dwukrotnie dluzsza od znajdujacych sie obok czesci siedziska. Z tylu naroznika umieszczone jest oparcie tylne, które podobnie jak siedzisko podzielone jest wzdluznymi liniami wglebien na trzy czesci. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of furniture manifested in the features of contour lines and shapes that give them an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The set of lounge furniture according to the industrial design consists of a corner sofa and an armchair. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the photo, in which Fig. 1 shows the corner sofa of the furniture set, and Fig. 2 shows the armchair of the lounge furniture set. The corner sofa of the lounge furniture set has the shape of the letter "L" and is composed of a seat mounted on a supporting structure, a backrest and side backrests. The seat mounted on the supporting structure is divided into three parts by longitudinal recess lines. The first two parts of the seat have decorative, longitudinal, double stitching lines halfway across their width, and the third part of the seat is extended forward and is approximately twice as long as the parts of the seat next to it. The extended part of the seat is wider than the rest of it and extends from the front onto the side backrest of the corner sofa. The third part of the seat is divided by a recess formed on the extension of the front line of the edges of the parts of the seat next to it. The extended part of the seat has a decorative double stitching line parallel to the recess formed in the third part of the seat. On both sides of the corner sofa there are identical side backrests with a rectangular cross-section with rounded upper corners. Each of the side backrests has a longitudinal and transverse, double, decorative stitching line. At the back of the corner sofa there is a backrest, which, like the seat, is divided into three parts by longitudinal lines of recesses. Each of the three parts of the backrest has a decorative longitudinal, double stitching line in the middle of its width. The backrest is rounded from the top and overlaps each of the side backrests by about half of their width. Under the seats there is a strip covered with upholstery material covering the supporting structure. The corner sofa is finished at the bottom with a plinth strip, under which the legs of the corner sofa are located. The legs of the corner sofa are metalized and have the shape of a cuboid. The armchair of the set of lounge furniture according to the industrial design is a seat mounted on a supporting structure, adjacent to the backrest, on both sides of which the side backrests are placed. The backrest and seat have a decorative, longitudinal, double stitching line in the middle of their width. The backrest is rounded from the top and overlaps each of the side backrests by about half their width. The side backrests have a rectangular cross-section with rounded upper corners. Each of the side backrests has a longitudinal and transverse, double, decorative stitching line. The armchair is finished with a baseboard at the bottom. Under the baseboard there are metalized legs in the shape of a cuboid. Essential features of the industrial design A common feature of the set of lounge furniture is the characteristic shape of the backrest, side backrests and decorative longitudinal stitching of the seat and backrest.
