Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa zaopatrzona w tapicerowane boczki. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebla, a szczególnie w ksztalcie siedzisk i poduch, ukladzie linii przeszyc i wykonczen oraz ksztalcie konturów boczków i oparc. Ponadto kanapa posiada cechy uzytkowe zwiazane z funkcja przeksztalcania z mebla do siedzenia w mebel do lezenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi podstawa oslonieta z przodu pionowa tapicerowana, lekko wyoblona powierzchnia, która w polowie jest przedzielona waskim pionowym paskiem w od- miennym kontrastujacym kolorze. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the overall shape of the furniture, particularly the shape of the seats and cushions, the arrangement of stitching lines and trim, and the contours of the side panels and backrests. Furthermore, the sofa possesses functional features related to its ability to be transformed from a seated piece of furniture into a reclining piece. The industrial design is illustrated in perspective views, where Fig. 1 shows the sofa in a front-side position, and Fig. 2 shows the sofa in a front position. The industrial design comprises a base covered at the front by a vertical, upholstered, slightly curved surface, divided in the middle by a narrow vertical stripe in a different, contrasting color. Above, a flat seat cushion sits across the entire seat surface, its front edge shaped like a semicircle. Furthermore, a narrow decorative stripe in a different, contrasting color runs along the middle of the cushion, continuing the base's ornamentation. At the rear of the base is an upholstered backrest in the form of a wide cuboid, covered at the front by two wide backrest cushions with an imaginative shape, the front surface slightly tilted back, half-stitched with a delicate horizontal stitch, and the top semicircularly curved, overlapping the horizontal surface of the backrest. The side surfaces of the cushions are covered with a fabric in a different, contrasting color, matching the decorative stripes. The upholstered sides have flat, smoothly finished sides, while the edges are arched and rounded, with narrow decorative stripes running along the entire length of the edges, in the center of the curves, matching the other decorations. The sofa's base incorporates a box with an additional cushion and is equipped with fittings that allow it to be converted into a lounger. A unique feature of the sofa are the backrest cushions, whose shape is the result of a specially developed cross-sectional shape of the prefabricated foam. This feature significantly enhances the furniture's commercial appeal. Essential features of the industrial design The sofa has a base covered at the front with a vertical upholstered, slightly rounded surface, which is divided in the middle by a narrow vertical stripe of a different contrasting color, and above it, on the entire surface of the seat, there is a flat seat cushion, the front edge of which is shaped in a semicircle, while in the middle of this cushion there is a narrow, also decorative stripe in a different contrasting color, which is a continuation of the decoration of the front of the base, while in the rear part of the base there is an upholstered backrest in the form of a wide cuboid, which is covered at the front by two wide backrest cushions, having a fancy shape, where the front surface is slightly tilted backwards, half-stitched with a delicate horizontal stitch, and at the top it is rounded in a semicircle and overlapping the horizontal surface of the backrest, with the side surfaces of the cushions are covered with a material in a different, contrasting color, consistent with the color of the decorative stripes, in addition, the upholstered sides have flat, smoothly finished side surfaces, and the edges are arched and rounded, and in the middle of these roundings, along the entire length of the edges, there are narrow decorative stripes in the color of the remaining decorations, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
