Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa zaopatrzona w tapicerowane boczki. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebla, a szczególnie w ksztalcie siedzisk i poduch, ukladzie linii przeszyc i wykonczen oraz ksztalcie konturów boczków i oparc. Ponadto kanapa posiada cechy uzytkowe zwiazane z funkcja przeksztalcania z mebla do siedzenia w mebel do lezenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony, na rysunku w widokach perspektywicz- nych, gdzie fig. 1. przedstawia kanape w pozycji przednio-bocznej, zas fig. 2. - kanape w pozycji z przodu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi podstawa oslonieta z przodu pionowa tapicerowana, lekko wyoblona powierzchnia, która w polowie jest przedzielona waskim pionowym paskiem w od- miennym kontrastujacym kolorze. Powyzej na calej powierzchni siedziska, ulozona jest plaska podu- cha siedziska, której przedni brzeg jest uksztaltowany pólkoliscie, ponadto w polowie poduchy znajdu- je sie waski ozdobny pasek w odmiennym kontrastujacym kolorze, bedacy kontynuacja zdobienia podstawy. The originality of an industrial design is reflected in the overall shape of the furniture, especially the shape of the seats and cushions, the arrangement of stitching lines and finishes, and the shape of the contours of the sides and backrests. In addition, the sofa has functional features related to the function of transforming it from a seating furniture into a lying furniture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in perspective views, where Fig. 1 shows the sofa in the front-side position, and Fig. 2 - the sofa in the front position. The subject of the industrial design is a base covered at the front with a vertical, upholstered, slightly curved surface, which is divided in half by a narrow vertical stripe in a different, contrasting color. Above, on the entire surface of the seat, there is a flat seat cushion, the front edge of which is shaped semicircularly, and in half of the cushion there is a narrow decorative stripe in a different, contrasting color, which is a continuation of the base decoration. In the back part of the base there is an upholstered backrest in the form of a wide cuboid, which is covered at the front with two wide backrest cushions, having a fanciful shape, where the front surface is slightly tilted backwards, half-stitched with a delicate horizontal stitch, and semicircularly rounded at the top and overlapping the horizontal surface of the backrest. The side surfaces of the cushions are covered with material in a different, contrasting color, matching the color of the decorative stripes. However, upholstered sides have flat, smoothly finished side surfaces, and the edge surfaces are arched and curved, with narrow decorative stripes in the center of the curves, along the entire length of the edges, in the color of the other decorations. The sofa's base contains a box with an additional cushion and is equipped with fittings that allow it to be transformed into a couch. A unique element of the sofa are the backrest cushions, the shape of which is the result of the development of a special cross-section of the prefabricated foam element. This property definitely increases the commercial attractiveness of the furniture. Important features of the industrial design The sofa has a base covered with a vertical, upholstered, slightly upholstered surface at the front, which in half is divided by a narrow vertical stripe of a different contrasting color, and above it, on the entire seat surface, there is a flat seat cushion, the front of which the edge is semi-circular, and in half of the cushion there is a narrow, decorative strip in a different contrasting color, which is a continuation of the decoration of the front of the base, while in the back part of the base there is an upholstered backrest in the form of a wide cuboid, which is covered at the front with two wide backrest cushions, having a fanciful shape, where the front surface is slightly tilted back, half of it is stitched with a delicate horizontal stitch, and at the top it is semicircularly curved and overlaps the horizontal surface of the backrest, while the side surfaces of the cushions are covered with a material in a different, contrasting color, converging with the color of decorative stripes, in addition, the upholstered sides have flat, smoothly finished side surfaces, and the edge surfaces are arched and rounded, and in the middle of these curves, along the entire length of the edges, there are narrow decorative stripes, having the color of the other decorations, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 and fig. 2.
