Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii i ksztalcie nadajac wzorowi nowy i oryginalny wyglad. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of an object that manifests itself in the arrangement of lines and shape, giving the design a new and original look.

Kazda czesc górna oparcia posiada dodatkowe pionowe lukowe stebnowania , tworzace takze charakterystyczne wglebienia, które dochodza nieco wyzej niz do potowy oparcia do znajdujacych sie w równej odleglosci poprzecznych stebnowan tworzacych prostokaty . Pionowe boczne stebnowania z oparcia przechodza w stebnowania na siedzisku co tworzy podkreslony ksztalt obrzeza siedziska i oparcia. Pionowe boczne stebnowania z oparcia przechodza w stebnowania na siedzisku co tworzy podkreslony ksztalt siedziska. Z boku siedziska, takze zamocowane sa charakterystyczne lukowe drewniane porecza, w ksztalcie nierównomiernego luku o przekrojuprostokatnym z zaokragleniami, gdzie w najwyzszym punkcie konstrukcji luku przymocowany jest charakterystyczny pochwyt ,a caly lukowy bok przytwierdzony jest do drewnianego boku o lukowych wzdluznych krawedziach i przechodzi w nogi fotela. The sofa has a wooden structure with a leather upholstered container. Above the container there is a shaped, upholstered leather seat, slightly extended beyond the container in the front part and connected to the upholstered leather backrest by a ratchet lifting mechanism. There are vertical topstitching on the backrest creating characteristic indentations which divide the backrest into three marked parts. Each upper part of the backrest has additional vertical arched topstitching, which also create characteristic depressions that extend slightly higher than the sweat of the backrest to the equidistant transverse quilts forming rectangles. The vertical side quilting from the backrest changes into the quilting on the seat, which creates an underlined shape of the seat and backrest rim. On the sides of the seat, there are wooden, non-uniform, rectangular hatch-shaped handrails with rounded sections, where a characteristic handrail is attached at the highest point of the hatch structure, and the entire hatch side is attached to a wooden side with longitudinal arched edges and goes into the legs of the couch. The armchair also has a wooden structure on which the seat is slightly extended beyond the wooden structure and is connected to the backrest, and the entire armchair, backrest and seat are upholstered in leather. The backrest of the armchair has vertical quilts creating characteristic depressions that extend slightly higher than half the backrest to the equidistant transverse stitches forming rectangles. The vertical side quilting from the backrest changes into the quilting on the seat which creates an underlined shape of the seat. On the side of the seat, there are also characteristic wooden arched handrails, in the shape of a non-uniform hatch with a rectangular cross-section with roundings, where a characteristic handrail is attached at the highest point of the hatch structure, and the entire hatch side is attached to a wooden side with longitudinal arched edges and turns into the legs of the chair .
