Istote wzoru stanowi oryginalna budowa i prosta postac mebli przeja- wiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach zdobniczo - uzytkowych wynikaja- cych z ksztaltu, podkreslenia naturalnych cech tworzywa, z jakiego meble zro- biono oraz ich cech uzytkowych. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonej fotografii gdzie przedsta- wiono: na fig. 1 fotel w perspektywicznym widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 fotel w widoku z boku, fig 3 sofe w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 sofe i fotel w widoku ogólnym w przykladowym zestawieniu. Meble wypoczynkowe skladajace sie z fotela i sofy sa posadowione na nogach przypominajacych trójramienna gwiazde, której dwa ramiona stanowia podpore mebla a trzecie stope, sa tapicerowane i zbudowane na bazie skrzyni podobnej w przekroju do lezacej, modyfikowanej litery P C , której poszczegól- ne czesci mozna wyróznic, majacej boki wewnatrz plaskie, na górze proste i plaskie a z zewnatrz wypukle, lagodnie przechodzace w dolna plaszczyzne sie- dziska stanowiacego poduche o prostokatnym przekroju, przy czym boki sa podzielone pionowymi przeszyciami i sa tej samej wysokosci co oparcie, jak to pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 1 do fig. 4. Fotel ma jednoelementowe siedzisko i dwie poduchy, z których jedna le- zaca na siedzisku odpowiada jego ksztaltowi i wielkosci zas druga - poduchaoparcia jest wyzsza od oparcia i przeszywana, Jak to pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 4. Sofa ma siedzisko podzielone przeszyciami na trzy czesci, polozona na nim jednoczesciowa poduche równa jego wielkosci i ksztaltowi, zas na oparciu sa wsparte trzy przeszywane poduchy wyzsze niz to oparcie, jak to pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 3 i fig. 4. The essence of the design is the original construction and simple form of the furniture, manifested in characteristic decorative and functional effects resulting from the shape, emphasizing the natural qualities of the material from which the furniture is made, and its functional characteristics. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph, which shows: Fig. 1: an armchair in a perspective front view; Fig. 2: an armchair in a side view; Fig. 3: a sofa in a front view; Fig. 4: a general view of the sofa and armchair in an example combination. The lounge furniture consisting of an armchair and a sofa is placed on legs resembling a three-pointed star, two of whose arms constitute the support of the furniture and the third one is the foot, it is upholstered and built on the basis of a box similar in cross-section to a lying, modified letter P C, the individual parts of which can be distinguished, having sides that are flat inside, straight and flat at the top and convex outside, gently transitioning into the lower plane of the seat which is a cushion with a rectangular cross-section, the sides are divided by vertical stitching and are the same height as the backrest, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 1 to Fig. 4. The armchair has a one-piece seat and two cushions, one of which lying on the seat corresponds to its shape and size, while the other - the backrest cushion - is higher than the backrest and stitched, as shown in The sofa has a seat divided into three parts by stitching, a one-piece cushion of the same size and shape is placed on it, and the backrest is supported by three stitched cushions higher than the backrest, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN: 1.
