Istote wzoru stanowi oryginalna budowa i prosta postac mebli przeja- wiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z ko- lorystyki i szczególnych efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych wynikajacych z ksztaltu elementów zdobniczych i polegajacych na podkresleniu naturalnych cech tworzywa, z jakiego meble zrobiono oraz ich cech uzytkowych. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych fotografiach, na któ- rych pokazano: na fig. 1 kanape w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 element z oparciem w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu, fig. 3 element z podlokietnikiem w wido- ku perspektywicznym z tylu. Kanapa narozna, której siedzisko ma w widoku z góry ma ksztalt podobny do litery „L" charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma dwa, róznej dlugosci, zesta- wione ze soba i ulozone wobec siebie prostopadle, posadowione na pla- skich stopach elementy w formie tapicerowanych form przestrzennych o zaokraglonych krawedziach, przypominajacych w widoku z boku modyfi-2 kowana litere „L", stanowiace siedzisko i oparcie polaczone w calosc i na- lozone na nie prostopadloscienne plaskie poduchy z przeszyciami, zas na jednej skrzyni siedziska sa umieszczone trzy poduchy, a na drugiej jedna poducha siedziska, przy czym krótszy element ma na dluzszym boku opar- cie pleców, w widoku z boku majace ksztalt trójkata prostokatnego, krót- sze od jego dlugosci, oraz poduche siedziska przy podlokietniku wyprofi- lowana w ksztalcie zmodyfikowanej litery „L" i ulozona w ten sposób, ze otacza podlokietnik z dwóch stron, natomiast dluzszy element ma na jed- nym z krótszych boków podlokietnik w ksztalcie zblizonym do odwróconej i zmodyfikowanej cyfry „7", krótszy od boku na którym sie znajduje, oparcie pleców wyzsze od podlokietnika i obejmujace dwa boki dlugi i drugi krótszy, oraz poduche siedziska przy podlokietniku wyprofilowana w ksztalcie zmodyfikowanej litery „L" i ulozona w ten sposób, ze otacza podlokietnik z dwóch stron, jak to pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig 1 do fig. 3. 2. The essence of the design is the original structure and simple form of the furniture, manifested in the characteristic artistic effects resulting from the color scheme and the specific decorative and functional effects resulting from the shape of the decorative elements, which consist of emphasizing the natural characteristics of the material from which the furniture is made and its functional characteristics. The subject of the design is presented in the attached photographs, which show: Fig. 1: a general view of the sofa; Fig. 2: a rear perspective view of the backrest element; Fig. 3: a rear perspective view of the armrest element. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A corner sofa, the seat of which in a top view has a shape similar to the letter "L", is characterized by having two elements of different lengths, juxtaposed and arranged perpendicularly to each other, placed on flat feet in the form of upholstered spatial forms with rounded edges, resembling a modified letter "L" in a side view, constituting a seat and a backrest connected as a whole and placed on them with cuboid flat cushions with stitching, while on one seat box there are three cushions and on the other one seat cushion, the shorter element has a backrest on the longer side, in a side view having the shape of a right-angled triangle, the shorter longer than its length, and a seat cushion at the armrest profiled in the shape of a modified letter "L" and arranged in such a way that it surrounds the armrest on both sides, while the longer element has on one of the shorter sides an armrest in the shape similar to an inverted and modified number "7", shorter than the side on which it is located, a backrest higher than the armrest and covering two sides, one long and the other shorter, and a seat cushion at the armrest profiled in the shape of a modified letter "L" and arranged in such a way that it surrounds the armrest on both sides, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 1 to Fig. 3. 2. The sofa according to feature 1 is characterized in that it has on the backrest cushions with a length adjusted to the width of the seat cushions, where one is profiled in such a way that it overlaps on the armrest, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 1. 3. The sofa according to feature 1 is characterized in that it has many, higher cushions on the backrest than the backrest, increasing the comfort of support and enhancing the aesthetic value of the furniture, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 1. 4.
