NAROZNIK WYPOCZYNKOWY Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naroznik wypoczynkowy o nazwie handlowej JUDYTA, skladajacy sie z takich elementów jak : poduszka rys. „Fig." 1A, oparcie rys. „Fig." 1B, siedzisko rys. „Fig."1C, front siedziska rys. 1D. korpus naroznika rys. 1E oraz stopki naroznika rys. 1 F. Uniwersalne wykonanie naroznika pozwala na jego konfiguracje, jako naroznika lewego lub prawego. Tylna sciana naroznika sklada sie z dwóch elementów, widocznych na zdjeciu jako sciany tylne fot. „Fig." 6. Cecha charakterystyczna naroznika wypoczynkowego widzianego od strony tylnej jest nie tylko rózna powierzchnia obu oparc, ale takze sposób ich wykonczenia. Oparcie mniejsze jest wykonczone z ekoskóry, a wieksze z materialu. Co wiecej, w oparciu mniejszym wyraznie jest zarysowana linia pozioma rozdzielajaca korpus naroznika od oparcia, fot. „Fig." 6. Od strony frontu naroznik w swym ksztalcie jest zblizony do dwóch prostopadloscianów (siedzisk) ulozonych wzgledem siebie pod katem prostym fot. „Fig." 4. Sciana tylna siedzisk naroznika jest zamknieta pionowo ulozonym oparciem. Fot. „Fig." 5. Od strony bocznej naroznik w swym ksztalcie przypomina litere L, tj., pionowe oparcie oraz ulozone na sobie poziomo siedzisko oraz skrzynia korpusu fot. „Fig." 5. Same siedziska maja ksztalt ulozonych na skrzyni poziomych prostopadloscianów o regularnym ksztalcie. Naroznik wyposazony jest takze w stopki o przekroju kwadratu. Przedstawiony naroznik posiada 8 stopek, rozmieszczonych symetrycznie i przymocowanych do jego korpusu. 1Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego : Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych elementów tworzacych naroznik wypoczynkowy Judyta, przejawiajace sie w ich ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Istotne wiec s a : ksztalt naroznika, jego walory wizualne, dodatki dekoracyjne (poduszki), uklad naroznika oraz jego proporcje. Waznym czynnikiem decydujacym o jego oryginalnosci jest takze ksztalt boczków, oparcia oraz siedziska, a takze skrzyni bedacej elementem nosnym naroznika. "Fig." 1A, backrest fig. "Fig." 1B, seat fig. "Fig." 1C, seat front fig. 1D, body of the corner sofa fig. 1E and corner feet fig. 1F. The universal design of the corner sofa allows for its configuration as a left or right corner sofa. The back wall of the corner sofa consists of two elements, visible in the photo as back walls fig. "Fig." 6. A characteristic feature of the corner sofa seen from the back is not only the different surface of the two backrests, but also the way they are finished. The smaller backrest is finished with eco-leather, and the larger one with fabric. Moreover, in the smaller backrest there is a clearly outlined horizontal line separating the body of the corner sofa from the backrest, photo "Fig." 6. From the front, the corner sofa is similar in shape to two cuboids (seats) placed at right angles to each other, photo "Fig." 4. The back wall of the corner seats is closed with a vertically placed backrest. Photo "Fig." 5. A characteristic feature of the presented seats is the shape of this one, which, apart from a smaller surface, can be equipped with a regular backrest, i.e. with a length corresponding to the length of the seat, photo "Fig." 6, and with a seat "integrated" into the seat surface, as seen in photo "Fig." 4, with a length shorter than the seat itself. From the side, the corner sofa resembles the letter L, i.e., a vertical backrest and a horizontally stacked seat and body box (photo "Fig." 5). The seats themselves are shaped as regular horizontal cuboids arranged on the box. The corner sofa is also equipped with feet with a square cross-section. The presented corner sofa has 8 feet, arranged symmetrically and attached to its body. 1Essential features of the industrial design: The essence of the industrial design is the new spatial shaping of the individual elements constituting the Judyta corner sofa, manifested in their shape, line layout, and colors, aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. Therefore, the following are important: the shape of the corner sofa, its visual qualities, decorative accessories (cushions), the layout of the corner sofa and its proportions. An important factor determining its originality is also the shape of the sides, backrest and seat, as well as the box, which is the supporting element of the corner sofa.
