The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its structure based on three connected shapes with appropriate proportions and the shape of the headrest, enhanced by a distinctive zipper connecting the two seat shapes, and the presence or absence of characteristic cords placed on the sides of the armchair. The industrial design has two purposes: when folded, it serves as a seat, and when unfolded, it can function as a bed. The appearance of both forms is determined by the appearance of the armchair's essential elements. Essential elements of the industrial design are shown in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, and Fig. 8. Furthermore, the last pages of the description contain collective illustrations presenting a successive summary of the variations of the industrial design (Fig. 1, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, and Fig. 8), as well as illustrations reflecting the forms of the design (Fig. 1, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5). The reclining armchair has the form of three interconnected shapes with strictly defined size proportions depending on the variation, having soft filling and upholstered with material, i.e. two identical shapes in the form of cuboids of equal dimensions and one smaller shape in the shape of a geometric, truncated pyramid. In the complex solution, based on the industrial design, two identical cuboid shapes are stacked one on top of the other and joined at the sides, where the two shapes meet, by a visible zipper extending from the back of the chair to 9/10 of the length of the sides. They are connected at the front of the chair by the material with which the shapes are upholstered, creating the seat. In the case of the third shape, the base of the elongated truncated pyramid functions as the backrest, and the truncated portion of the top at its lower edge is connected to the upper seat shape by the material with which the shapes are upholstered (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8). The seat elements can be equipped with special cords placed on the sides of the chair to facilitate its unfolding, as well as two cushions that are not connected to the chair but are intended to be placed on the front of the chair or elsewhere and have aesthetic value (Fig. 2). The industrial-style reclining chair, when unfolded, consists of three interconnected blocks forming a mattress with a contoured headrest in the shape of an elongated truncated pyramid, creating a gentle elevation of the headrest in the mattress. Two identical blocks in the form of cuboids are connected by their shorter sides from the bottom of the mattress with the material used to cover them, while the third block, in the form of a geometric, truncated pyramid, is connected from the top of the mattress to the upper block in the form of a cuboid with the material used to cover them (Fig. 3).
