Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego - Siedzisko naroznika wedlug wzoru ma postac dwóch polaczonych ze soba prostopadloscia- nów, przy czym obie czesci siedziska skladaja sie z usytuowanych poziomo, jedna nad dru- ga, trzech prostopadlosciennych czesci, i, przy czym, dolne czesci siedziska stanowiace podstawy maja w przyblizeniu, w widoku od czola, identyczne wysokosci, w porównaniu z wysokoscia poduch stanowiacych górne czesci siedziska, natomiast srodkowe czesci siedziska naroznika wedlug wzoru, usytuowane pomiedzy podstawami i poduchami siedzi- ska maja, porównywalnie, mniejsza wysokosc. - Oparcie naroznika wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt, w widoku z boku, zblizony do ksztaltu trójkata z owalnymi bokami, przy czym jest poziomo podzielone przeszyciami na dwie, usytuowane jedna nad druga, czesci: górna i dolna. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph, which shows a general view of the design. Essential features of the industrial design: The seat of the corner sofa according to the design is in the form of two interconnected cuboids, with both parts of the seat consisting of three cuboid parts arranged horizontally, one above the other. The lower parts of the seat, constituting the bases, are approximately identical in height when viewed from the front, compared to the height of the cushions constituting the upper parts of the seat. The middle parts of the seat of the corner sofa according to the design, located between the bases and the seat cushions, are comparatively lower. - The backrest of the patterned corner sofa, viewed from the side, resembles a triangle with oval sides, and is horizontally divided by stitching into two sections, one above the other: upper and lower. Both sections of the backrest, the upper and lower, are divided into three sections by vertical stitching lines, while the width of these sections, viewed from the front, corresponds to the width of the seat cushions. - The sides of the patterned corner sofa resemble a cuboid, with the upper front corners ending in oval shapes, serving as armrests. - The horizontally arranged central sections of the patterned seat and the lower section of the backrest are colored in a contrasting color to the upholstery fabric of the other elements of the patterned corner sofa (photo). - The corner sofa, according to the pattern, has metal legs in the shape of a horizontally placed rectangle, viewed from the front, of a small height (photo).
