Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa narozna sluzaca do siedzenia, a po rozlozeniu do spania, przeznaczona do wyposazenia wnetrz pomieszczen. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter kanapa narozna, przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie, cechach linii oraz strukturze powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia kanape narozna w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - kanape narozna rozlozona w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - fragment poduszki oparciowej z walkiem, zas fig. 4 - fragment jednego z boków kanapy z poduszka podlokietnikowa. Czesc ruchoma kanapy posiada skrzynie stanowiaca pojemnik na posciel, z która polaczone jest ruchomo za pomoca podnosnika wspomagajacego siedzisko umoz- liwiajace, poprzez podniesienie, dostep do pojemnika. Czesc stala moze posiadac równiez pojemnik na posciel. Do tylnej plyty skrzyni bedacej pojemnikiem na posciel zawiasowo zamocowane jest ru- chome oparcie, które po przesunieciu calej czesci ruchomej do przodu, mozna polozyc uzyskujac dodatkowa powierzchnie spania. Siedzisko oraz oparcie stanowi drewniana rama, do której zamoco- wana jest plyta z przyklejona formatka bonellowa, przy czym siedzisko posiada dodatkowo sprezyny faliste. Wzdluz oparcia ruchomego oraz stalego elementu oparciowego zamocowanego do krótszego boku skrzyni czesci stalej znajduja sie trzy poduszki oparciowe, które zaopatrzone sa na wysokosci górnej krawedzi oparcia, w elementy w ksztalcie walków, uniemozliwiajace zsuwanie sie poduszek oparciowych z kanapy podczas siedzenia, a jednoczesnie podnoszace komfort siedzenia. Kanape z dwóch stron ograniczaja boki, z których jeden posiada w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt odwróconej litery „L", zas drugi ksztalt prostopadloscianu. Na górnej powierzchni pierwszego z nich znajduje sie plaska poduszka podlokietnikowa. Dwa boki, skrzynie oraz oparcia pokryte sa tkanina w jednym kolo- rze, zas siedzisko, poduszki oparciowe i poduszka podlokietnikowa tkanina w drugim kolorze. The essence of the industrial design is a new corner sofa with an individual character, manifested in its shape, line features, and surface structure. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the corner sofa in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the unfolded corner sofa in a perspective view, Fig. 3 - a fragment of the backrest cushion with a cylinder, and Fig. 4 - a fragment of one of the sides of the sofa with an armrest cushion. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The corner sofa, according to the industrial design, is characterized by an original structure characterized by the seats with boxes having a shape resembling the letter "L" and consisting of two parts: movable and fixed. The movable section of the sofa features a box serving as a bedding container, movably connected to it by a lift that supports the seat, allowing access to the container by lifting it. The fixed section can also feature a bedding container. A movable backrest is hinged to the rear panel of the box serving as a bedding container. After sliding the entire movable section forward, it can be folded down to provide additional sleeping space. The seat and backrest comprise a wooden frame, to which a board with a bonded Bonnell spring is attached, and the seat also features sinuous springs. Along the movable backrest and the fixed backrest element attached to the shorter side of the fixed part of the box, there are three backrest cushions, each fitted with cylinder-shaped elements at the height of the upper edge of the backrest. These elements prevent the backrest cushions from sliding off the sofa while sitting, while also increasing seating comfort. The sofa is bounded on two sides by side panels, one of which has an inverted "L" shape in cross-section, while the other is a cuboid. On the upper surface of the first panel is a flat armrest cushion. The two sides, the box, and the backrest are covered with fabric in one color, while the seat, backrest cushions, and armrest cushion are covered with fabric in a second color.
