Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa - naroznik. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii i ksztalcie nadajac wzorowi nowy i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której przedstawia: fig. 1 – kanapa - naroznik w widoku ogólnym. Naroznik sklada sie z czesci stalej oraz czesci ruchomej. Czesc stala stanowi stelaz wykonany z plyty wiórowej. Stelaz sklada sie z siedziska oraz oparcia w polowie zalam anego. Po bokach oparcia i siedziska przymocowane sa podlokietniki. Podlokietnik ma ksztalt wydluzonego prostokata, którego jeden dluzszy bok sie zaokragla. Podlokietnik wylozony jest pianka poliuretanowa i oblozony ozdobna tkanina obiciowa. Podlokietnik po bokach posiada przeszycie. Oparcie oblozone jest ozdobna tkanina obiciowa. Siedzisko wylozone jest pianka i pokryte ozdobna tkanina obiciowa. Siedzisko posiada piec uformowanych poduszek o ksztalcie prostokata, trzy z jednego konca naroznika a dwa z drugiego konca naroznika, a pomiedzy nimi poduszka o ksztalcie trójkata prostokatnego. Uformowane poduszki posiadaja w srodku przeszycia dzielace ja na cztery czesci. Bok siedziska wylozony jest pianka i pokryty tkanina obiciowa. Oparcie ma piec jednakowych uformowanych poduszek o ksztalcie prostokata oblozonych ozdobna tkanina obiciowa, przy czym trzy ulozone sa z jednego konca naroznika a dwa z drugiego konca naroznika. W srodku naroznika znajduja sie dwie uformowane poduszk i o ksztalcie trapezu oblozone ozdobna tkanina obiciowa. W górnej czesci poduszek sa trzy równolegle do siebie stebnowania. Po obu bokach kanapy umieszczone sa poduszki. Czesc ruchoma posiada pojemnik, którego przednia plyta w górnej czesci oblozona jest tkanina poduszek, a w dolnej ozdobna tkanina obiciowa. Z obu stron naroznika pod podlokietnikami umieszczone sa przystawki. Przystawki maja ksztalt waskiego prostopadloscianu, po bokach oblozonych ozdobna tkanina obiciowa. Górna plyta przystawki wylozona jest materialem odblaskowym. Do dolnej czesci podlokietników zamocowane sa listwy oswietleniowe. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of the object manifested in the arrangement of lines and shape, giving the pattern a new and original look. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows: Fig. 1 - sofa - corner sofa in general view. The corner sofa consists of a fixed part and a movable part. The fixed part is a frame made of chipboard. The frame consists of a seat and a half-bent backrest. Armrests are attached to the sides of the backrest and seat. The armrest has the shape of an elongated rectangle with one longer side rounded. The armrest is lined with polyurethane foam and covered with decorative upholstery fabric. The armrest has stitching on the sides. The backrest is covered with decorative upholstery fabric. The seat is lined with foam and covered with decorative upholstery fabric. The seat has five formed rectangular-shaped pillows, three at one end of the corner and two at the other end of the corner, and between them a pillow in the shape of a right-angled triangle. The formed pillows have stitching inside, dividing them into four parts. The side of the seat is lined with foam and covered with upholstery fabric. The backrest has five identical, rectangular-shaped pillows covered with decorative upholstery fabric, with three placed at one end of the corner and two at the other end of the corner. In the middle of the corner sofa there are two molded and trapezoidal pillows covered with decorative upholstery fabric. In the upper part of the pillows there are three parallel stitchings. There are pillows on both sides of the sofa. The movable part has a container whose front plate is covered with cushion fabric in the upper part and decorative upholstery fabric in the lower part. There are attachments on both sides of the corner, under the armrests. The attachments have the shape of a narrow cuboid, with decorative upholstery fabric on the sides. The upper plate of the attachment is lined with reflective material. Lighting strips are attached to the lower part of the armrests.
