Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii i ksztalcie nadajac wzorowi nowy i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której przedstawia: fig. 1 – kanapa - naroznik w widoku ogólnym. Naroznik sklada sie z czesci stalej oraz czesci ruchomej. Po obu bokach kanapy umieszczone sa poduszki. Czesc ruchoma posiada pojemnik, którego przednia plyta w górnej czesci oblozona jest tkanina poduszek, a w dolnej ozdobna tkanina obiciowa. Z obu stron naroznika pod podlokietnikami umieszczone sa przystawki. Przystawki maja ksztalt waskiego prostopadloscianu, po bokach oblozonych ozdobna tkanina obiciowa. Górna plyta przystawki wylozona jest materialem odblaskowym. Do dolnej czesci podlokietników zamocowane sa listwy oswietleniowe. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines and shape, giving the design a new and original appearance. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows: Fig. 1 – a general view of a corner sofa. The corner sofa consists of a fixed part and a movable part. The fixed part is a frame made of chipboard. The frame consists of a seat and a backrest, which is bent in half. Armrests are attached to the sides of the backrest and seat. The armrest is shaped like an elongated rectangle, with one long side rounded. The armrest is padded with polyurethane foam and covered with decorative upholstery fabric. The armrest has stitching on the sides. The backrest is covered with decorative upholstery fabric. The seat is padded with foam and covered with decorative upholstery fabric. The seat has five rectangular shaped cushions: three at one end of the corner section and two at the other, with a right-angled triangle cushion between them. The cushions have stitching in the center, dividing them into four sections. The side of the seat is padded with foam and covered with upholstery fabric. The backrest has five identical rectangular shaped cushions covered with decorative upholstery fabric, three at one end of the corner section and two at the other. In the center of the corner section are two trapezoidal shaped cushions covered with decorative upholstery fabric. The top of the cushions has three parallel stitching patterns. Cushions are placed on both sides of the sofa. The movable section has a container, the front panel of which is covered with cushion fabric at the top and decorative upholstery fabric at the bottom. On both sides of the corner sofa, extensions are placed under the armrests. The extensions are narrow cuboids, with decorative upholstery fabric on the sides. The upper panel of the extension is lined with reflective material. Lighting strips are attached to the lower part of the armrests. Decorative legs are attached to the bottom of the corner sofa, on the sides and in the center. Essential features of the industrial design: 1.
