Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i wygladzie czesci tapicerowanych, które nadaja meblowi swoisty oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do podniesienia cech estetycznych. Tapczanik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczona jest do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 przedstawia tapczanik w widoku z przodu z poducha oparciowa przy oparciu, a fig. 2 przedstawia tapczanik w widoku z przodu z poducha oparciowa z tylu. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and appearance of the upholstered parts, which give the furniture a unique appearance aimed at improving its aesthetic features. The sofa bed according to an industrial design is intended for repeated reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is visible in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the couch in front view with a backrest cushion at the backrest, and Fig. 2 shows the couch in front view with a backrest cushion at the back. The couch consists of a lower box, which is a container for bedding with a stiff backrest. There is a mattress with a head support placed on the container. Important features of an industrial design The essence of an industrial design is the appearance of a couch, which is characterized by an original movable backrest cushion, which has a trapezoidal shape on the side with a rounded upper part.
