Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli tapicerowanych, przeznaczony do wyposazenia pomieszczenia goscinnego lub salonu. W sklad zestawu wchodzi fotel oraz sofa. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie siedzisk i poduch, ukladzie linii przeszyc i wykonczen oraz konturów boczków i oparc. Ponadto elementy zestawu posiadaja dodatkowe cechy uzytkowe, które polegaja na mozliwosci rozkladania i przeksztalcania z mebla do siedzenia w mebel do lezenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, w widokach perspektywicznych lub widokach bocznych, na którym fig. 1. przedstawia fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 2. - widok tapicerowanego boku elementu zestawu, fig. 3. - sofe z dwoma boczkami w pozycji zlozonej, fig. 4. - sofe z dwoma boczkami w pozycji rozlozonej z poduchami na wysuwanej skrzyni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi zestaw mebli tapicerowanych, w sklad którego wchodzi fotel, sofa. Elementy zestawu posiadaja zasadniczo po dwa boczki, które maja ksztalt szerokiego prostopadloscianu umieszczonego na nieznacznie wiekszym tapicerowanym i wyprofilo- wanym pólkoliscie cokole, osadzonym na szerokich zaokraglonych stopach. Zewnetrzne pionowe krawedzie prostopadloscianu sa wyoblone, zas górne krawedzie od zewnatrz maja wszyty waski pasek korzystnie w odmiennym wybawieniu, który na wewnetrznej powierzchni schodzi skosnie w dól. Boczek jest polaczony z konstrukcja calego elementu, który zawiera siedzisko oraz oparcie. Siedzisko z przodu ma wyoblona oslone, która u dolu ma uformowana analogicznie jak cokól boczka listwe, zas na siedzisku jest przynajmniej jedna poducha z pojedynczym przeszyciem posrodku. Oparcie ma szeroka powierzchnie górna wykonczona plasko, zas powierzchnia przednia jest skosna, zaslonieta przynajmniej jedna poducha, która ma poziome przeszycie nieznacznie ponizej polowy oraz pionowe przeszycie posrodku obszaru nad przeszyciem poziomym. Ponadto elementy zestawu moga wystepowac w róznych zestawieniach koloru materialu tapicerskiego oraz koloru zaglówków i wstawek. Fotel ma pojedyncze siedzisko z oparciem, natomiast z obu stron znajduja sie boczki. Sofa ma uformowane dwa proste siedziska i oparcia, a u dolu z przodu umieszczona wyoblona oslone, przy czym z obu stron siedziska posiada boczki, ponadto siedzisko zawiera mechanizm rozkladania i przeksztalcania z mebla do siedzenia w mebel do lezenia. The set consists of an armchair and a sofa. The originality of the industrial design is manifested in the shape of the seats and cushions, the arrangement of the stitching and finishing lines and the contours of the sides and backrests. In addition, the elements of the set have additional functional features, which consist in the possibility of unfolding and transforming from a piece of furniture for sitting into a piece of furniture for lying down. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in perspective views or side views, in which Fig. 1. shows the armchair in a front view, Fig. 2. - view of the upholstered side of the element of the set, Fig. 3. - a sofa with two sides in a folded position, Fig. 4. - a sofa with two sides in an unfolded position with cushions on a pull-out box. The subject of the industrial design is a set of upholstered furniture, which includes an armchair and a sofa. The elements of the set basically have two sides, which have the shape of a wide cuboid placed on a slightly larger upholstered and semicircularly profiled base, mounted on wide rounded feet. The outer vertical edges of the cuboid are rounded, while the upper edges have a narrow strip sewn in from the outside, preferably in a different design, which on the inner surface goes down diagonally. The side is connected to the structure of the entire element, which includes the seat and the backrest. The seat has a rounded cover at the front, which has a strip at the bottom formed analogously to the side base, and on the seat there is at least one cushion with a single stitching in the middle. The backrest has a wide upper surface finished flat, while the front surface is slanted, covered with at least one cushion, which has a horizontal stitching slightly below the middle and a vertical stitching in the middle of the area above the horizontal stitching. In addition, the elements of the set can appear in different combinations of the color of the upholstery material and the color of the headrests and inserts. The armchair has a single seat with a backrest, while on both sides there are side panels. The sofa has two formed straight seats and backrests, and at the bottom at the front there is a rounded cover, while on both sides of the seat it has side panels, in addition, the seat contains a mechanism for unfolding and transforming from a piece of furniture for sitting into a piece of furniture for lying down. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A set of upholstered furniture, consisting of an armchair and a sofa, is characterized in that the elements of the set have essentially two side panels, which have the shape of a wide cuboid placed on a slightly larger upholstered and semicircularly profiled plinth, which is mounted on wide rounded feet, wherein the outer vertical edges of the cuboid are rounded, while the upper edges have a narrow strip sewn into them from the outside, preferably in a different colour, which on the inner surface goes down diagonally, moreover, the side panel is connected to the structure of the entire element, which includes the seat and the backrest, where the seat has a rounded cover at the front, which has a strip formed at the bottom analogously to the side panel plinth, and at least one cushion with a single stitching in the middle is placed on the seat, while the backrest has a wide upper surface finished flat, wherein the front surface is slanted, covered with at least one cushion, which has a horizontal stitching slightly below the middle and a vertical stitching in the middle of the area above the horizontal stitching, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1. - fig. 4. 2.
