Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa narozna z dwoma szerokimi boczkami, zaopatrzona w wysuwana na podnosnikach poduche, skrzynie poscielowa oraz zaglówki. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w konstrukcji i uksztaltowaniu bocznych elementów, uchylnej poduchy skrzyni poscielowej oraz szczególnie w ukladzie linii przeszyc. Ponadto kanapa posiada cechy uzytkowe zwiazane ze schowkiem boczka, ze skrzynia poscielowa, z funkcja przeksztalcania z mebla do siedzenia w mebel do lezenia, a takze cechy umozliwiajace zmiane jego ogólnego wygladu poprzez dowolne rozmieszczanie zaglówków. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zawiera segment szeroki, zaopatrzony w dolnej czesci w skrzynie z wysuwana na podnosnikach poducha, który skrajnie jest osloniety krótkim boczkiem, zas z drugiej strony jest polaczony z segmentem waskim, majacym wydluzona skrzynie poscielowa, która z tylu jest wezsza i zaopatrzona skrajnie w dluzszy boczek, natomiast z przodu jest szeroka i zaslania przód tego boczka. Segment szeroki ma skrzynie z przodu zaopatrzona w plaska, prostopadla tapicerowana oslone. Na siedzisku tej skrzyni sa umieszczone dwie gladkie poduchy siedziska, które pod górna przednia wyoblona krawedzia maja przeszycia wykonane grubym sciegiem w bialym kolorze. Z jednej strony segmentu szerokiego jest zamocowany szeroki krótki boczek, majacy ksztalt zblizony do szerokiego prostopadloscianu, w którym dolna czesc z przodu i z tylu jest osadzona na szerokich metalowych nózkach, zas jej skrajna zewnetrzna powierzchnia jest lukowato wyoblona na calej dlugosci i wybrzuszona na calej wysokosci. Górna czesc tego boczka jest nizsza i odpowiada ksztaltem czesci dolnej, przy czym jej wysokosc zwieksza sie ku tylowi, ponadto jest osadzona na podnosnikach, które umozliwiaja jej przemieszczenie równolegle na zewnatrz, odslaniajac obszerny schowek. Scianka dolnej czesci boczka, przylegajaca do segmentu szerokiego, ma posrodku wyprofilowane wciecie, które umozliwia latwe uchwycenie górnej czesci i jej przemieszczanie. Na krawedziach dolnej o górnej czesci boczka oraz poziomo posrodku bocznej powierzchni dolnego boczka sa umieszczone przeszycia wykonane grubym sciegiem w bialym kolorze. Segment waski ma tapicerowana skrzynie z przodu oparta na dwóch szerokich metalowych nózkach, zas siedzisko stanowi pojedyncza, wydluzona poducha, która jest przedzielona poprzecznym skosnym lukowatym przeszyciem biegnacym od naroza segmentu szerokiego do naroza dluzszego boczka, tworzac z tylu wezsza czesc przylegajaca do tego boczka, zas z przodu szersza czesc, zaopatrzona w wykonane grubym sciegiem w bialym kolorze przeszycia umieszczone na krawedziach bocznych oraz pod górna wyoblona krawedzia przednia, ponadto skrajne zewnetrzne powierzchnie szerszej czesci skrzyni oraz siedziska sa lukowato wyoblone na calej dlugosci. Oparcia obydwu segmentów z tylu sa pionowe i plaskie, a powierzchnie górne maja szerokie i wykonczone owalnie, zas powierzchnie przednie sa osloniete gladkimi poduchami, wystajacymi ponad oparcia, w których przednie wyoblone krawedzie maja przeszycia wykonane grubym sciegiem w bialym kolorze. Na kazdym oparciu powyzej poduchy moze byc umieszczony owalny zaglówek, który skrajnie jest równiez wykonczony przeszyciami wykonanymi grubym sciegiem w bialym kolorze. The originality of the industrial design is manifested in the construction and shape of the side elements, the tiltable cushion of the bedding box and especially in the arrangement of the stitching lines. In addition, the sofa has utility features related to the side storage compartment, the bedding box, the function of transforming from a piece of furniture for sitting into a piece of furniture for lying down, as well as features that allow changing its general appearance by freely arranging the headrests. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing in perspective views, where fig. 1. shows the sofa from the front from the short side, fig. 2. - the sofa from the back from the long side, fig. 3. - the sofa from the front in the unfolded position, while fig. 4. - the sofa from the front in the unfolded position with the seat of the bedding box raised, furthermore fig. 5. shows the rear fragment of the sofa with a headrest, fig. 6. - the side fragment of the sofa with a headrest, fig. 7. - the rear fragment of the sofa with a short side, fig. 8. - the front fragment of the sofa with a short side, while fig. 9. shows the front fragment of the sofa with the upper cushion of the short side partially reclined, and fig. 10. - the same fragment with the upper cushion of that side completely reclined. The subject of the industrial design comprises a wide segment, provided in the lower part with a box with a cushion pulled out on lifters, which is covered at the extreme by a short side, while at the other side it is connected to a narrow segment, having an elongated bedding box, which is narrower at the back and provided at the extreme by a longer side, while at the front it is wide and covers the front of this side. The wide segment has a box at the front provided with a flat, perpendicular upholstered cover. On the seat of this box are placed two smooth seat cushions, which under the upper front rounded edge have stitching made with a thick stitch in white. On one side of the wide segment, a wide short side is attached, having a shape similar to a wide cuboid, in which the lower part at the front and back is mounted on wide metal legs, while its outermost outer surface is arched along its entire length and bulged along its entire height. The upper part of this side is lower and corresponds in shape to the lower part, while its height increases towards the back, and it is also mounted on lifters that allow it to be moved parallel to the outside, revealing a large storage compartment. The wall of the lower part of the side, adjacent to the wide segment, has a profiled indentation in the middle, which allows easy gripping of the upper part and its movement. On the edges of the lower and upper part of the side panel and horizontally in the middle of the side surface of the lower side panel there are stitches made with a thick stitch in white. The narrow segment has an upholstered box at the front supported by two wide metal legs, while the seat is a single, elongated cushion, which is divided by a transverse, diagonal, arched stitching running from the corner of the wide segment to the corner of the longer side panel, creating a narrower part at the back adjacent to this side panel, while at the front there is a wider part, provided with stitches made with a thick stitch in white placed on the side edges and under the upper rounded front edge, furthermore, the outermost surfaces of the wider part of the box and the seat are arched along their entire length. The longer side panel attached to the narrow segment is mounted on a wide metal leg at the back, and the outer surfaces of this side panel are shaped similarly to the shorter side panel, and they are also aligned with the outer edge of the wider part of the side of the box and the edge of the seat of the narrow segment. The backrests of both segments at the back are vertical and flat, and their upper surfaces are wide and finished oval, while the front surfaces are covered with smooth cushions protruding above the backrests, in which the front rounded edges have stitching made with a thick white stitch. On each backrest above the cushion, an oval headrest can be placed, which is also finished with stitching made with a thick white stitch at the end.
