Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii i ksztalcie nadajac wzorowi nowy i oryginalny wyglad. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of an object that manifests itself in the arrangement of lines and shape, giving the design a new and original look.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 przedstawia kanape w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - kanape w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - fotel w widoku z boku, fig. 5 - komplet wypoczynkowy.Komplet wypoczynkowy sklada sie z kanapy i dwóch foteli. Oparcie kanapy posiada w górnej czesci stebnowanie skladajace sie z luków tworzacych fale, a w dolnej czesci cztery stebnowania ukosne. Siedzisko kanapy posiada trzy pionowe stebnowania, które dziela siedzisko na cztery czesci, dwie duze i dwie male. Pomiedzy pionowymi stebnowaniami posrodku znajduja sie poziome stebnowania. Z przodu siedzisko posiada stebnowanie skladajace sie z luków tworzacych fale. Do pojemnika kanapy zamocowano sa nogi. Przednie nogi sa to wygiete ksztaltki zakonczone walcem, a tylne nogi sa to ksztaltki trójkatne. Oparcie i siedzisko fotela pokryte sa ozdobnym materialem obiciowym. Oparcie fotela posiada w górnej czesci poziome stebnowanie w ksztalcie fali, a pod nim dwa stebnowania ukosne. Siedzisko fotela posiada pionowe stebnowania, pomiedzy nimi posrodku znajduje sie poziome stebnowanie. Z przodu siedzisko fotela ma stebnowanie tworzace fale. The couch and armchairs have a frame. The backrest and the seat of the sofa are covered with decorative upholstery material. The backrest of the couch has a top quilt pattern consisting of wave - shaped arches, and a bottom section four diagonal quilts. The seat of the sofa has three vertical stitching that divides the seat into four parts, two large and two small. Between the vertical topstitching in the center there are horizontal topstitching. At the front, the seat has a quilting pattern consisting of a wave-forming loop. Legs are attached to the couch container. The front legs are curved shapes with a cylindrical end, and the rear legs are triangular shapes. The backrest and seat of the armchair are covered with decorative upholstery material. The backrest of the chair has a horizontal wave-shaped stitching on the top and two diagonal stitching underneath. Kanapa i fotele z boków ponizej obrzezy posiadaja obszycia - lampasy innego koloru niz kolor materialu obiciowego. Obszycie wraz z materialem obiciowym sa podwiniete.
