Mniej wiecej w polowie wyso- kosci tylnych nóg jest rozmieszczony prosty lacznik, który stanowi tylna krawedz siedziska. Przednie nogi o przekroju kwadratowym sa takze wydluzone ponad siedzi- sko i wygiete lukowo do przodu. Na przednie nogi w górnej ich czesci sa nalozone plaskie profilowane wsporniki, tworzace podlokietniki, pola- czone z tylnymi nogami w miejscu ich odgiecia do tylu. Przednie nogi sa polaczone ze soba prostym lacznikiem stanowiacym przednia krawedz siedziska. Oba laczniki przedni i tylny, stanowiace krawedzie siedziska, sa polaczone ze soba bocznymi równoleglymi lacznikami siedziska, rozmieszczonymi w poblizu nóg krzesla, przy czym rozstaw nóg przednich jest wiekszy niz rozstaw nóg tylnych. Przestrzen pomiedzy krawedziami siedziska jest wypelniona czterema elementami drewnianymi ulozonymi w oryginalna kompozycje. Ponizej górnej krawedzi oparcia na wysokosci podlokietników jest roz- mieszczony kolejny lacznik takze wygiety do tylu, podtrzymujacy drew- niana kompozycje wygietego do tylu oparcia, na która sklada sie wezszy i wydluzony poziomy element i trzy elementy czworokatne szersze, których dolne krawedzie ulozone sa na linii luku wypuklego. Podlokietniki posiadaja takze nakladki z plaskich elementów drewnia- nych. Known from the description of Polish industrial design Rp.8289 is a four-legged chair with armrests and a backrest, having a metal frame made of round tubes and a seat and backrest made of plywood. Also known from Community industrial design publications RCD.000407028 and RCD.000411285 are four-legged chairs with armrests and a backrest, the legs having a quadrangular cross-section, and the seats and backrests made of elongated planks. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the design, manifested in its shape, contours, and line arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the photographs, which show: Fig. 1 - front perspective view of the chair; Fig. 2 - rear perspective view of the chair; Fig. 3 - front view of the chair; Fig. 4 - side view of the chair; Fig. 5 - top view of the chair; Fig. 6 - rear view of the chair.The chair according to the industrial design has a frame made of metal tubes with a quadrangular cross-section, from which four legs, the seat structure, the backrest structure and armrests are formed, as well as wooden elements filling the seat and backrest. Some elements of the frame are slightly arched. The rear legs of the chair, with a rectangular cross-section, are elongated and protrude above the seat. At approximately three-quarters of their height, they are connected to the armrests, and up to that point, they are gently curved and tilted forward. Above the armrest connection, they are straight and tilted back, and their ends are connected by an upper connector, curved backward, forming the upper edge of the backrest. Approximately halfway up the rear legs, a straight connector is placed, forming the rear edge of the seat. The square front legs also extend above the seat and curve forward. Flat, profiled supports are placed on the upper part of the front legs, forming armrests, which are connected to the rear legs where they curve backward. The front legs are connected by a straight connector, forming the front edge of the seat. Both the front and rear connectors, constituting the seat edges, are connected by parallel lateral seat connectors placed near the chair legs, with the front legs spaced wider than the rear legs. The space between the seat edges is filled with four wooden elements arranged in an original composition. The rear element is a transversely arranged elongated rectangle, one of whose longer sides is shaped like a convex arc directed toward the front of the chair. The remaining three elements are shaped like quadrilaterals placed side by side lengthwise, and one of their shorter sides forms a concave arc line adjacent to the convex side of the transverse element. Below the upper edge of the backrest, at armrest height, another connector, also curved backward, supports the wooden structure of the curved backrest, which consists of a narrower, elongated horizontal element and three wider quadrangular elements, the lower edges of which are arranged in a convex arc. The armrests also have overlays made of flat wooden elements. Essential features of the industrial design: - The chair has a metal frame with a quadrangular cross-section, which forms the four legs, the seat structure, the backrest structure, the armrests, and the wooden elements that fill the seat and backrest. In the C2 model, some elements of the frame and backrest are slightly curved; - The spacing of the front legs is greater than the spacing of the rear legs, and in a side view, they diverge downward.
