The backrest itself can be used both as a side support for sofas or armchairs, and as a free-standing backrest, for example, by adjoining a pouffe to a wall. The individual elements of the set are shown in photographs. Thus, in order: photograph Fig. 1 shows the backrest, Fig. 2 shows the sofa, Fig. 3 shows the armchair, Fig. 4 shows the pouffe, and Fig. 5, Fig. 5a, and Fig. 5b show the corner sofa, with Fig. 5a and Fig. 5b showing the unfolded corner sofa. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1, i.e. the backrest, which is an element of a furniture set, is that: - it is a solid whose shape resembles a perpendicular wall, set on its long and narrow side; - sled legs in the form of metal profiles are visible along the narrower sides of the backrest; - along the vertical side of the described perpendicular wall, a stitching is visible, made with a clearly visible, straight seam; - the surface of the large rectangle, constituting the larger side of the backrest, is divided essentially horizontally into three parts, i.e. the upper, middle and lower, wherein - the shape of the lower edge of the upper part, as well as the upper edge of the lower part, is a line that is initially horizontal, then gently falls down, then continues as a horizontal line, and later - symmetrically - rises gently upwards and ends in a horizontal line again; - along the lower edge of the upper part, as well as the upper edge of the lower part, parallel stitching is visible, made with a clearly visible seam, while the lower stitching continues on the narrower side of the backrest. The texture and color of the fabrics are not an essential feature of the design. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2, i.e., a sofa constituting part of a furniture set, is that: - it is a multi-element solid, the seat of which forms a flat element resembling a perpendicular wall, placed flat on an analogous perpendicular wall constituting the base; - a similar element adjoins the element described above, resembling a perpendicular wall, set essentially vertically along one of its longer sides, forming the rear backrest of the sofa and against which the cushions are supported; - on the sides of the elements described above there are two smaller elements set vertically, forming the side backrests – armrests of the sofa, wherein - each of the side backrests is a solid whose shape resembles a perpendicular wall set on its long and narrow side; - along the narrower sides of the backrest there are visible legs in the form of metal profiles; - along the vertically positioned side of the described perpendicular wall there is visible stitching made with a clearly visible, straight seam; - the surface of the large rectangle, constituting the larger side of the backrest, is divided essentially horizontally into three parts, i.e. the upper, middle and lower, whereby - the shape of the lower edge of the upper part, as well as the upper edge of the lower part, is a line that is initially horizontal, then gently falls down, then is horizontal, and then - symmetrically - rises gently upwards and ends with a horizontal line again; - along the lower edge of the upper part and the upper edge of the lower part, parallel stitching is visible, made with a clearly visible seam, whereby - the lower stitching continues on the narrower side of the backrest, whereby - this stitching ends at the height of the stitching visible along the length of the base of the sofa seat, which is also made with a clearly visible, straight seam;PL 17060 3 - on the base of the sofa seat, two further stitchings are also visible, placed centrally and perpendicular to the longitudinal stitching, parallel to each other and made with a clearly visible straight seam. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3, i.e. an armchair forming part of a furniture set, is that: - it is a multi-element shape, the seat of which is formed by a flat element resembling a perpendicular wall, placed flat on an analogous perpendicular wall which forms the base of the seat; - a similar element resembling a perpendicular wall is adjacent to the element described above, positioned essentially vertically along one of its longer sides, forming the back back of the armchair and against which the cushion is supported; - on the sides of the elements described above, two smaller elements are placed vertically, forming the side backrests - armrests of the armchair, wherein - each of the side backrests is a solid whose shape resembles a perpendicular wall, placed on the long and narrow side; - along the narrower sides of the backrest, legs in the form of metal profiles are visible; - along the vertically placed side of the described perpendicular wall, stitching is visible, made with a clearly visible, straight seam; - the surface of the large rectangle, constituting the larger side of the backrest, is divided essentially horizontally into three parts, i.e. the upper, middle and lower, whereby - the shape of the lower edge of the upper part, as well as the upper edge of the lower part, is a line that is initially horizontal, then gently falls down, then is horizontal, and then - symmetrically - rises gently upwards and ends with a horizontal line again; - along the lower edge of the upper part, as well as the upper edge of the lower part, there are visible stitchings, parallel to each other, made with a clearly visible seam, whereby - the lower stitching continues on the narrower side of the backrest, and - this stitching ends at the height of the stitching visible along the base of the armchair seat, which is also made with a clearly visible, straight seam. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 4, i.e., the pouffe, which is part of a furniture set, is that: - it is a solid whose shape resembles a cuboid; - the surface of the vertical rectangle, constituting the side of the pouffe, is divided essentially horizontally into two parts, i.e., upper and lower, whereby - the shape of the upper edge of the lower part is a line that is initially horizontal, then gently slopes down, continues as a horizontal line, and then - symmetrically - rises gently upwards and ends in a horizontal line again; - stitching is visible along the upper edge of the lower part, made with a clearly visible seam, whereby - stitching is visible along the vertical sides of the pouffe, made with a clearly visible, straight seam. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 5, Fig. 5a and Fig. 5b, i.e. a corner sofa constituting an element of a furniture set, is that: - it is a multi-element solid, the seat of which is formed by: a flat element resembling a perpendicular wall, placed flat on an analogous perpendicular wall constituting the base of the seat, and a second, shorter, analogous element placed at a right angle. As a result, the entire corner sofa seat, when viewed from above, resembles a capital letter "L" in shape; - a similar element adjoins the shorter element described above – along the shorter side – resembling a perpendicular wall, set essentially vertically on one of its longer and narrow sides, forming the rear backrest of the corner sofa; - on the sides of the elements described above there are two smaller elements set vertically, forming the side backrests – handrails of the corner sofa, wherein - each of the side backrests is a solid whose shape resembles a perpendicular wall, set on the long and narrow side;PL 17060 4 - along the narrower sides of the backrest, legs in the form of metal profiles are visible; - along the vertical side of the described perpendicular wall, a stitching is visible, made with a clearly visible, straight seam; - the surface of the large rectangle, constituting the larger side of the backrest, is divided essentially horizontally into three parts, i.e. the upper, middle and lower, whereby - the shape of the lower edge of the upper part, as well as the upper edge of the lower part, is a line that is initially horizontal, then gently falls down, then is horizontal, and then - symmetrically - rises gently upwards and ends with a horizontal line again; - along the lower edge of the upper part and the upper edge of the lower part, stitching is visible - parallel to each other - and made with a clearly visible seam, wherein - the lower stitching is continued on the narrower side of the backrest, wherein - this stitching ends at the height of the stitching visible along the base of the forward corner seat, which is also made with a clearly visible, straight seam; - on the base of the longer corner seat, two further stitchings are also visible, placed centrally and perpendicular to the longitudinal stitching, parallel to each other and made with a clearly visible straight seam; - under the forward-moving corner sofa seat, the seat legs are visible, in the form of metal profiles, similar to the legs visible under the side backrests of the corner sofa.
