Kanapa stylizowana wed lug wzoru przemys lowego jest wykonana w kilku odmianach, gdzie przy zachowaniu cech istotnych wzoru przemys lowego odmiany ró zni a si e mi edzy sob a ilo scia i umiejscowieniem dodatkowych ozdobnych cwieków oraz wygl adem siedziska i nadmiarowo doda- nych wa lków. Pierwsza odmiana kanapy stylizowanej wed lug wzoru przemys lowego dodatkowo charakteryzu- je si e tym, ze: - prostopad lo scienne siedzisko sk lada si e z kilku poziomo u lo zonych poduch, a od frontu oraz z wierzchu ma wyra zne szczeliny biegn ace przez ca la gleboko sc siedziska od frontu a z do oparcia tylnego, przy czym ka zda szczelina jest lini a laczenia si e poduch ze sob a oraz poduch skrajnych z bocznymi oparciami, przy czym krzywizna oparcia w najwy zszym u lozeniu oparcia jest oddzielona od pó lwa lka ozdobnymi cwiekami, a tak ze górne kraw edzie opar c bocznych oraz zewn etrzne przednie i równie z wewn etrzne przednie kraw edzie opar c bocznych s a przyozdobione nabitymi cwiekami, (Fig. 1 do Fig. 4). Druga odmiana kanapy stylizowanej wed lug wzoru przemys lowego dodatkowo charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - prostopad lo scienne siedzisko to poziomo u lozona pojedyncza poducha, która ma zasadni- czo g ladk a powierzchni e wierzchni a oraz frontow a, przy czym krzywizna oparcia w najwy z- szym u lo zeniu oparcia jest oddzielona od pó lwa lka ozdobnymi cwiekami, a tak ze górne kraw edzie opar c bocznych oraz zewn etrzne przednie i równie z wewn etrzne przednie kra- w edzie opar c bocznych s a przyozdobione nabitymi cwiekami (Fig. 5). Trzecia odmiana kanapy stylizowanej wed lug wzoru przemys lowego dodatkowo charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - prostopad lo scienne siedzisko sk lada si e z kilku poziomo u lo zonych poduch, a od frontu oraz z wierzchu ma wyra zne szczeliny biegn ace przez ca la gleboko sc siedziska od frontu a z do oparcia tylnego, przy czym ka zda szczelina jest lini a laczenia si e poduch ze sob a oraz poduch skrajnych z bocznymi oparciami (Fig. 6). Czwarta odmiana kanapy stylizowanej wed lug wzoru przemys lowego dodatkowo charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - prostopad lo scienne siedzisko to poziomo u lozona pojedyncza poducha, która ma zasadni- czo g ladk a powierzchni e wierzchni a oraz frontow a (Fig. 7). Pi ata odmiana kanapy stylizowanej wed lug wzoru przemys lowego dodatkowo charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - prostopad lo scienne siedzisko sk lada si e z kilku poziomo u lo zonych poduch, a od frontu oraz z wierzchu ma wyra zne szczeliny biegn ace przez ca la gleboko sc siedziska od frontu a z do oparcia tylnego, przy czym ka zda szczelina jest lini a laczenia si e poduch ze sob a oraz poduch skrajnych z bocznymi oparciami, przy czym górne krawedzie opar c bocznych oraz zewn etrzne przednie i równie z wewn etrzne przednie kraw edzie opar c bocznych s a przyozdobione nabitymi cwiekami (Fig. 8). A sofa stylized according to an industrial design is made in several variants, where, while maintaining the essential features of the industrial design, the variants differ from each other in the number and location of additional decorative studs and the appearance of the seat. Essential features of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a stylized sofa, especially a lounge or office sofa for utilitarian and representative interiors in the form of a seat mounted on a frame supporting structure, in contact with the side backrests and the backrest, where the elements are covered with upholstery with stitching, where the stylized sofa is characterized in that: - the seat is perpendicular to the wall with a slightly marked projection in relation to the frame structure located below the seat (Fig. 1 to Fig. 12) - the front surface of the seat passes round and gently into the actual top flat surface of the seat, and its surface is essentially smooth (Fig. 1 to Fig. 12) - the outer upper edges of the side backrests are situated to the outside the inner upper edge of the backrest at a right angle, and they end at a height lower than the height of the backrest (Fig. 1 to Fig. 12) - the inner lower edges of the side backrests are situated at a right angle to the inner lower edge of the backrest (Fig. 1 to Fig. 12) - the side backrests on the inner side have a slight outward inclination from the vertical, which before reaching the full height of the backrest turns into a gentle large arc outward (Fig. 1 to Fig. 12) - the rear backrest on the inner side has a gentle outward inclination from the vertical, which at the top of the backrest ends with a half-cylinder mounted on the upper the upper part of the rear backrest (Fig. 1 to Fig. 12) - the rear backrest with the half-leaf seat mounted on it has a wave-shaped shape with a gentle rise from the upper side, with the maximum rise being in the middle of the rear backrest and the two minimum on the two lateral edges of the rear backrest (Fig. 1 to Fig. 12) - the rear backrest has decorative stitching running from bottom to top in accordance with the curve and inclination of the rear backrest, and these stitching is aligned with the place where the cushions join in the seat (Fig. 1 to Fig. 12) - the front side of the side backrests is flush with each other and connected by means of the upholstered upholstery and the supporting structure located below the seat protrusion (Fig. 1 to Fig. 12) - the front side of any side backrest has from inside, the shape is partly consistent with the curve of the inclination of this backrest, and outside, it is arranged with a diagonal running from the upper outer edge of the backrest downwards, where the diagonal runs inwards (Fig. 1 to Fig. 12)PL 19024 3 - the outer sides of the side backrests have a shape close to a trapezoid with all-round stitching, wherein the lower base is shorter and the side on the side of the rear backrest is slightly longer, while the top of the side backrest is slightly raised towards the rear backrest (Fig. 1 to Fig. 12) - the outer side of the rear backrest has a trapezoid shape with a shorter lower base with all-round stitching and additionally two vertical stitching running parallel to each other from top to bottom and exactly in places corresponding to the stitching on the inside, with the upper, slightly wider base of this trapezoid having a wave shape consistent with the front view (Fig. 1 to Fig. 12) - the legs on which the frame structure is supported have a height that clearly raises the whole thing, giving the effect of a distinct elevation and visible their turned shape (Fig. 1, Fig. 5 to Fig. 12) - the upholstery material has the character of a decorated, pleasant to the touch, soft plush (Fig. 1 to Fig. 4). The sofa stylized according to the industrial design is made in several varieties, where, while maintaining the essential features of the industrial design, the varieties differ from each other in the number and location of additional decorative studs and the appearance of the seat and additionally added rollers. The first type of sofa styled according to an industrial design is additionally characterized by the following features: - the perpendicular wall seat consists of several horizontally placed cushions, and from the front and top it has distinct slots running through the entire depth of the seat from the front to the backrest, each slot being a line where the cushions join with each other and the outer cushions join with the side backrests, the curve of the backrest in the highest position of the backrest is separated from the half-leaf seat by decorative studs, and the upper edges of the side backrests and the outer front and also the inner front edges of the side backrests are decorated with studs, (Fig. 1 to Fig. 4). The second type of sofa stylized according to the industrial pattern is additionally characterized by the following: - the perpendicular wall seat is a horizontally placed single cushion, which has a generally smooth top and front surface, wherein the curve of the backrest in the highest position is separated from the half-leaf by decorative studs, and also the upper edges of the side backrests and the outer front and also the inner front edges of the side backrests are decorated with studs (Fig. 5). The third variety of the industrial-style sofa is additionally characterized by the following: - the perpendicular wall seat consists of several horizontally placed cushions, and the front and top have distinct slits running through the entire depth of the seat from the front to the backrest, with each slit being a connecting line between the cushions and the outer cushions and the side backrests (Fig. 6). The fourth variety of the industrial-style sofa is additionally characterized by the following: - the perpendicular wall seat is a horizontally placed single cushion, which has a generally smooth top and front surface (Fig. 7). The fifth type of sofa styled according to an industrial pattern is additionally characterized by the following: - the perpendicular wall seat consists of several horizontally placed cushions, and on the front and top it has distinct slots running through the entire depth of the seat from the front to the backrest, each slot being a line where the cushions join with each other and the outer cushions join with the side backrests, while the upper edges of the side backrests and the outer front and also the inner front edges of the side backrests are decorated with studs (Fig. 8). The sixth variety of the sofa stylized according to the industrial design is additionally characterized by the following: PL 19024 4 - the perpendicular wall seat is a horizontally placed single cushion, which has a generally smooth top and front surface, the upper edges of the side backrests and the outer front and also the inner front edges of the side backrests are decorated with studs (Fig. 9). The seventh variety of the sofa stylized according to the industrial pattern is additionally characterized by the following: - the perpendicular wall seat is a horizontally placed single cushion, which has a generally smooth top and front surface, while the curve of the backrest in the highest position of the backrest is separated from the half-lion seat by decorative studs (Fig. 10). The eighth variety of the sofa stylized according to the industrial pattern is additionally characterized by the following: - the perpendicular wall seat consists of several horizontally placed cushions, and from the front and top it has clear slots running through the entire depth of the seat from the front to the backrest, each slot being a line of connection of the cushions with each other and of the outer cushions with the side backrests, and the curve of the backrest in the highest position of the backrest is separated from the half-leaf of the seat by decorative studs (Fig. 11). The ninth version of the sofa, stylized according to the industrial design, is additionally characterized by the following: - the frame structure located below the seat is slightly recessed inwards, creating a step in relation to the forward side backrests (Fig. 12).
