Kanapa stylizowana posiada siedzisko, oparcie tylne polaczone z oparciami bocznymi oraz ra- mow a konstrukcj e no sn a pokryt a tapicerk a, która podparta jest czterema nogami w czterech naro zach kanapy stylizowanej. Kanapa stylizowana wed lug wzoru przemys lowego jest wykonana w kilku odmianach, gdzie przy zachowaniu cech istotnych wzoru przemys lowego odmiany ró zni a si e mi edzy sob a ilo scia i umiejscowieniem dodatkowych ozdobnych przeszy c oraz wygl adem siedziska. A stylized sofa has a seat, a backrest connected to the side supporters, and a framed supporting structure covered with upholstery, which is supported by four legs at the four corners of the stylized sofa. A stylized sofa according to an industrial design is made in several varieties, where, while retaining the essential features of the industrial design, the varieties differ in the number and location of additional decorative stitching and the appearance of the seat. Essential features of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a stylized sofa, especially a lounge or office sofa for utilitarian and representative interiors in the form of a seat mounted on a frame supporting structure, in contact with the side and back rests, where the elements are covered with upholstery with stitching, which is characterized by the following features: - the seat is horizontally placed and the cushion has a slightly marked projection in relation to the frame structure located below the seat (Fig. 1 to Fig. 10) - the seat is essentially perpendicular to the wall, and has a clear convexity on the front side, extending from the lower front edge to the upper front edge (Fig. 1 to Fig. 10) - the seat in the form of a cushion has a stitching running across the entire width on the front cushions, wherein this stitching is placed on the upper edge of the front of the cushion (Fig. 1 to Fig. 10) - the front surface of the cushion above the stitching passes into the actual flat and smooth surface of the seat (Fig. 1 to Fig. 10) - the flat surface of the seat has a stitching placed in the middle of the cushion width, running through the entire depth of the cushion, starting from the stitching placed on the front side of the cushion up to the rear backrest (Fig. 1 to Fig. 10) - the inner lower edges of the side backrests are placed to the inner lower edge of the rear backrest at an obtuse angle (Fig. 1 to Fig. 10) - the side backrests and the rear backrest from the inner side have a significant a slight outward inclination from the vertical, which, after reaching the full height of the backrest, arcs abruptly outwards, creating an external projection, after which it abruptly rolls inwards horizontally and slightly downwards, leaving the backrests without edges with the effect of a final roll-up (Fig. 1 to Fig. 10) - the front side of the side backrests is essentially flat, placed plane to the front and connected by means of an upholstered supporting structure located below the seat projection, wherein the shape of the front of the side backrests is similar to a squinted eye placed diagonally inwards from the lower side (Fig. 1 to Fig. 10) - the shape of the squinted eye is from the inside the outer side of the side backrest is covered with a distinct convexity, being the front and the side of the backrest cushion, the convexity is additionally gathered, giving the effect of excess upholstery material (Fig. 1 to Fig. 10) - the outer side of any side backrest and the backrest has a slightly convex shape on the outside, running diagonally downwards from under the upper outer turned-out side of the backrest PL 19025 3, giving the effect of a smaller base outline in relation to the outer upper dimensions (Fig. 1, Fig. 3 to Fig. 10) - the outer sides of the side backrests have a horizontal edge with a lower and a vertical edge from the front side, the side on the back side is arranged diagonally outwards with a gentle a round transition to the rear backrest side, where the oblique side is slightly convex and the upper side has a line rising towards the rear backrest (Fig. 1 to Fig. 10) - the upper upper sides of the side backrests rise gently starting from the front until a gentle transition to the rear backrest, the upper upper side of which continues to rise according to the rising line up to the middle of the rear backrest (Fig. 1 to Fig. 10) - the outer side of the rear backrest has a trapezoid shape with rounded sides and a longer upper base bent upwards in an arcuate manner (Fig. 1, Fig. 3 to Fig. 10) - the legs on which the frame structure is supported have a height that lifts the whole thing, creating only a gap above the floor, with the visible the shape of the legs is turned (Fig. 1 to Fig. 10) - the upholstery material has the character of a decorated, pleasant to the touch, soft wood grain (Fig. 1 to Fig. 2). The sofa stylized according to the industrial design is made in several varieties, where, while maintaining the essential features of the industrial design, the varieties differ from each other in the number and location of additional decorative stitching, as well as the appearance of the seat and additional cushions. The first type of sofa stylized according to an industrial pattern is additionally characterized by the following: - the convexity of the seat on the front side is pleated, creating the effect of excess upholstery material, and the frame structure below the seat is smooth, and on the entire inner side of the side backrests and the backrest, at certain intervals, decorative stitching is made, running in accordance with the curve and inclination of the backrests, starting from their lower inner edge up to the upper outward fold (Fig. 1, Fig. 2). The second type of sofa, stylized according to an industrial pattern, is additionally characterized by the following: - the seat convexity on the front side is smooth, and the frame structure below the seat is pleated, creating the effect of excess upholstery material, and on the entire inner side of the side backrests and the backrest, at certain intervals, decorative stitching is made, running in accordance with the curve and inclination of the backrests, starting from the lower inner edge of the backrests up to the upper outward fold (Fig. 3). - The third type of sofa styled according to an industrial design is additionally characterized by: - the convexity of the seat on the front side and the frame structure below the seat are pleated, creating the effect of excess upholstery material, and on the entire inner side of the side backrests and the backrest, at certain intervals, decorative stitching is made, running in accordance with the curve and inclination of the backrests, starting from the lower inner edge of the backrests up to the upper outward fold (Fig. 4). - The fourth variety of the industrial-style sofa is additionally characterized by the following: - the front convexity of the seat is pleated, creating the effect of excess upholstery material, and the frame structure below the seat is smooth, while the entire inner side of the side backrests and the backrest is essentially smooth and devoid of any decorations (Fig. 5). The fifth variety of the industrial-style sofa is additionally characterized by the following: - the front convexity of the seat is smooth, and the frame structure below the seat is pleated, creating the effect of excess upholstery material, while the entire inner side of the side backrests and the backrest is essentially smooth and devoid of any decorations (Fig. 6). The sixth variety of the sofa stylized according to the industrial pattern is additionally characterized by the following: - the convexity of the seat on the front side and the frame structure located below the seat are pleated, creating the effect of excess upholstery material, while the entire inner side of the side backrests and the backrest is essentially smooth and devoid of any decorations (Fig. 7). The seventh variety of the sofa stylized according to the industrial pattern is additionally characterized by the following: - the convexity of the seat on the front side is pleated, creating the effect of excess upholstery material, and the frame structure below the seat is smooth, and on the entire inner side of the side backrests and the backrest, at certain intervals, there are decorative stitchings running clearly at an angle to the curvature of the backrests and the vertical inclination, starting from the lower inner edge of the backrests up to the upper outward fold, where the stitchings are arranged symmetrically in relation to the center line of the backrest (Fig. 8). The eighth variety of the sofa stylized according to the industrial pattern is additionally characterized by the following: - the seat convexity on the front side is smooth, and the frame structure below the seat is pleated, creating the effect of excess upholstery material, and on the entire inner side of the side backrests and the backrest, at certain intervals, decorative stitching is made, running clearly at an angle to the curvature of the backrests and the vertical inclination, starting from the lower inner edge of the backrests up to the upper outward turn-out, where the stitching is arranged symmetrically to the center line of the backrest (Fig. 9). The ninth variety of the sofa stylized according to the industrial pattern is additionally characterized by the following: - the convexity of the seat on the front side and the frame structure located below the seat are gathered, creating the effect of excess upholstery material, and on the entire inner side of the side backrests and the backrest, at certain intervals, decorative stitching is made, running clearly at an angle to the curvature of the backrest inclination and vertical, starting from the lower inner edge of the backrests up to the upper outward fold, where the stitching is arranged in the center of the backrest (Fig. 10).
