Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, uklad linii, kontury, strukture powierzchni, kolorystyke. Krzeslo moze byc wytworzone w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z drewna, metalu, i z tworzyw sztucznych oraz tworzyw naturalnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 zaprezentowano krzeslo odmiana 1 w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 2 zilustrowano krzeslo odmiana 2 w widoku perspektywicznym. Fig. 3 uwidoczniono krzeslo odmiana 3 w widoku perspekty- wicznym. The essence of the design is the new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the shape, arrangement of lines, contours, surface structure, and colors. The chair may be manufactured industrially or by hand from wood, metal, plastics, and natural materials. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows chair variant 1 in a perspective view, Fig. 2 illustrates chair variant 2 in a perspective view. Fig. 3 shows chair variant 3 in a perspective view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The essential features of the industrial design according to variant 1 include that the chair, in accordance with the industrial design, combines the seat and backrest into a single, upholstered, bucket-shaped element covered with textile material. The seat surface is slightly convex, with a slightly arched front edge. The backrest, in the part that supports the back, is arched, with horizontal stitching. The edge of the backrest is rounded, sloping sideways, flowing smoothly into the seat, and descending towards its front edge. The seat and backrest are mounted on vertical front and slightly sloping rear legs, dark in color. The essential features of the industrial design according to variant 2 include that the chair, in accordance with the industrial design, combines the seat and backrest into a single, upholstered, bucket-shaped element covered with textile material. The seat surface is slightly convex, with a slightly arched front edge. The backrest, in the backrest section, is arched and quilted. The backrest edge is rounded and slopes sideways, flowing smoothly into the seat, descending towards its front edge. The seat and backrest are mounted on vertical front legs and slightly sloping rear legs, dark in color. Among the significant features of the industrial design according to variant 3 is that the chair, in accordance with the industrial design, combines the seat and backrest into a single upholstered bucket element, covered with textile material. The seat surface is slightly convex, with a slightly arched front edge. The backrest, in the backrest section, is arched. The edge of the backrest is rounded, falling to the sides, transitioning smoothly into the seat, falling towards its front edge. The seat and backrest are mounted on front vertical and rear slightly sloping dark legs.
