Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, uklad linii, kontury, strukture powierzchni, kolorystyke. The essence of the pattern is a new and individual form of a product, given it by the shape, arrangement of lines, contours, surface structure, colors.
Krzeslo moze byc wytworzone w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z drewna, metalu, i z tworzyw sztucznych oraz tworzyw naturalnych. The chair can be manufactured industrially or handcrafted from wood, metal, plastics and natural materials.
Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym za- prezentowano krzeslo w widoku perspektywicznym. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, which presents the chair in a perspective view.
