Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, uklad linii, kontury, strukture powierzchni, kolorystyke. Fotel moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z drewna lub metalu. Przedmiot wzoru pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, gdzie na fig. 1 – przedsta- wiono fotel w widoku perspektywicznym, na fig. 2 – fotel w widoku z przodu, na fig. 3 – wykonczenie oparcia fotela, a na fig. 4 – fotel w innej odmianie kolorystycznej. Fotel moze byc tapicerowany róznymi pokryciami jak np. zamszopodobne jak na przykladzie wy- konania.
