Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, uklad linii, kontury, strukture powierzchni, kolorystke. Krzeslo moze byc wytworzone w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z drewna, metalu i z tworzyw sztucznych. Siedzisko wraz z oparciem jest zamocowane na podstawie, która tworza nachylone ukosnie do poziomu nogi polaczone poprzeczkami na których oparte jest bezposrednio siedzisko. Nogi krzesla sa polaczone rozpórkami w formie listew zamontowanych pomiedzy przednimi i tylnymi nogami, tuz pod siedziskiem. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given to it by its shape, line arrangement, contours, surface structure, and color scheme. The chair can be manufactured industrially or by hand from wood, metal, or plastic. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the chair in a perspective view, while Fig. 2 shows the chair in a side view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The chair, in accordance with the industrial design, has a seat and backrest made of a single sheet of multiply curved material. The seat is rounded at the front. The seat is equipped with an upholstered cushion. The backrest, in the backrest section, is convex outward. The seat and backrest are mounted on a base, which consists of legs inclined diagonally to the horizontal, connected by crossbars that directly support the seat. The chair legs are connected by slatted struts mounted between the front and rear legs, just below the seat.
