Zestaw moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z drewna, z metalu i z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 zaprezentowano stolek stanowiacy odmiane 1 wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, Fig. 2 uwidoczniono stól sta- nowiacy odmiane 2 w widoku perspektywicznym z boku. The stool and table, as designed, can be used in a dining room or garden setting. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the shape, arrangement of lines, contours, surface structure, and colors. The set can be manufactured industrially or by hand from wood, metal, or plastic. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a side perspective view of a stool constituting variant 1 of the design, and Fig. 2 shows a side perspective view of a table constituting variant 2. Significant features of the industrial design: The essential features of industrial design variant 1 include that the stool has a seat in the form of a flat, round board with a rim, with visible grain. The seat has recesses in which the tops of the four legs are mounted. The legs are connected by crossbars, made in the lower and upper parts of the furniture. The legs are dark in color. The essential features of industrial design variant 2 include that the table has a top in the form of a flat, round board with a rim, with visible grain.
