PL 23912 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stól, przeznaczony glównie do zespolowych prac biu- rowych, tzw. coworkingu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie i ksztalcie nóg stolu, blatu, doboru kolorystyki poszczególnych elementów. Cechy te nadaja swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Wzór przemyslowy przeznaczony jest do odtwarzania zarówno w produkcji prze- myslowej jak i rzemieslniczej. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony w postaci dwóch odmian kolorystycznych na zalaczonych rysunkach. Pierwsza odmiana kolorystyczna uwidoczniona jest na arkuszu 1 i 2, gdzie Fig. 1.1 przedstawia rzut z boku, Fig. 1.2 przedstawia rzut od spodu blatu, Fig. 1.3 przedstawia rzut nóg stolu z boku. Druga odmiana kolorystyczna uwidoczniona jest na arkuszu 3 i 4, gdzie, Fig. 2.1 przedstawia rzut z boku na blat i nogi, Fig. 2.2 przedstawia rzut z boku na nogi i krawedz blatu, Fig. 2.3 przedsta- wia rzut z przodu na blat i nogi. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Stól wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze podstawe stolu stanowia cztery nogi wy- konane z prostokatnych, stalowych profili. Belki schodza sie w jednym punkcie, tworzac swoiste, krzyzowe zespolenie. Nogi pochylone sa o 30° wzgledem osi podluznej. 2. O charakterystycznym wygladzie stolu, oprócz sposobu polaczenia nóg, decyduja pro- porcje miedzy, ksztaltem blatu a ksztaltem podstawy. W szczególnosci chodzi o wyso- kosc na jakiej lacza sie nogi stolu, rozstaw nóg, miejsce i kat pod jakim przylegaja do blatu oraz w jakim dotykaja podlogi oraz powierzchnia i ksztalt blatu. 3. Pierwsza odmiana kolorystyczna wzoru ma nogi wykonane ze stali nierdzewnej, polero- wanej. 4. Druga odmiana kolorystyczna ma nogi wykonane ze stali czarnej, lakierowanej na kolor antracytowy. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement and shape of the table legs, the table top, and the color selection of individual elements. These features give it a unique and original appearance. The industrial design is intended for reproduction in both industrial and craft production. The subject of the design is shown in the form of two color variants in the attached drawings. The first color variant is shown on sheets 1 and 2, where Fig. 1.1 shows a side view, Fig. 1.2 shows a view from the underside of the table top, and Fig. 1.3 shows a side view of the table legs. The second color variant is shown on sheets 3 and 4, where Fig. 2.1 shows a side view of the tabletop and legs, Fig. 2.2 shows a side view of the legs and edge of the tabletop, and Fig. 2.3 shows a front view of the tabletop and legs. Essential features of the industrial design 1. The table according to the design is characterized by the fact that the base of the table consists of four legs made of rectangular steel profiles. The beams meet at a single point, creating a unique cross-shaped connection. The legs are inclined 30° relative to the longitudinal axis. 2. In addition to the way the legs are connected, the characteristic appearance of the table is determined by the proportions between the shape of the tabletop and the shape of the base. In particular, this concerns the height at which the table legs connect, the spacing of the legs, the location and angle at which they touch the tabletop and the floor, and the surface and shape of the tabletop. 3. The first color variant of the design has legs made of polished stainless steel. 4. The second color variant has legs made of black steel, lacquered anthracite.
