Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli stolowych skladajacy sie ze stolu i krze- sel o uniwersalnym przeznaczeniu do wyposazenia mieszkan, hoteli i pomieszczen biurowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii, które nadaja stolikom swoisty i oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do podniesienia cech estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia stól w widoku ogólnym zas Fig. 2 przedstawia krzeslo w widoku ogólnym. Zestaw mebli stolowych sklada sie ze stolu oraz krzesel. Stól posiada blat o prostokatnym zary- sie osadzonym na nogach usytuowanych wzgledem tego blatu pod katem rozwartym. Nogi stolu maja finezyjnie rozszerzajacy sie ku górze ksztalt o trapezowym przekroju poprzecznym. Nogi stolu wyko- nane sa z litego drewna debowego w naturalnym kolorze. Blat wykonany jest z plyty MDF o bialym kolorze, ale moze byc wykonywany z innej plyty meblowej jak równiez w dowolnej gamie kolorystycz- nej. Krzeslo ma siedzisko i oparcie wykonane z plyty MDF o bialym kolorze uksztaltowane o zarysie eliptycznym. Nogi krzesla i boczne wsporniki oparcia wykonane sa z litego drewna debowego w natu- ralnym kolorze. Nogi krzesla maja finezyjnie rozszerzajacy sie ku górze ksztalt o trapezowym przekro- ju poprzecznym, natomiast wsporniki oparcia krzesla rozszerzaja sie w kierunku siedziska. Zestaw mebli stolowych bedzie wprowadzany do obrotu handlowego pod nazwa: „MILAN". The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines, which give the tables a unique and original appearance aimed at enhancing aesthetic qualities. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the table, and Fig. 2 shows a general view of the chair. The table furniture set consists of a table and chairs. The table has a rectangular top set on legs positioned at an obtuse angle to the top. The table legs have a delicately widening shape with a trapezoidal cross-section. The table legs are made of solid oak wood in a natural color. The tabletop is made of white MDF, but can be made from other furniture board and in any color range. The chair has a seat and backrest made of white MDF, shaped in an elliptical shape. The chair legs and side backrest supports are made of solid oak in a natural color. The chair legs have a delicately tapered shape with a trapezoidal cross-section, widening upwards, while the backrest supports expand towards the seat. The table furniture set will be marketed under the name "MILAN."
