Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt blatów, zastosowanie dwóch blatów na róznej wysokosci. Do kazdego z blatów zamontowana jest noga przylegajaca do krawedzi blatu oraz wspólnej podpory plytowej montowanej pod blatem wysokiego stolika. Nogi polaczone zostaly do wspólnej podpory za pomoca laczyn plytowych. Stolik sklada sie z siedmiu elementów: dwóch blatów, dwóch nóg, podpory, dwóch laczyn oraz elementów konstrukcyjnych laczacych w zaleznosci od wersji stalej lub rozbieralnej. PL 24816 3 Ilustracja wzoru PL 24816 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLPL 24816 2 Description of the Industrial Design The industrial design covers a table (Fig. 1–3) suitable for furnishing homes, apartments, offices, and public buildings such as restaurants, cafes, etc. The table can be used as a coffee table or bedside table. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the shape of the tabletops and the use of two tabletops at different heights. Each tabletop is equipped with a leg that adheres to the edge of the tabletop and a common board support mounted under the tabletop. The legs are connected to the common support using board connectors. The table consists of seven elements: two tabletops, two legs, a support, two connectors, and structural connecting elements, depending on the fixed or detachable version. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF AN INDUSTRIAL DESIGN An essential feature of the design is: ■ two legs with beveled vertical edges adjacent to the edges of the lower and upper tops. The planes of the top edges are flush with the planes of the vertical edges of the legs; ■ a vertical support with beveled vertical edges mounted under the upper top. The planes of the top edges are flush with the planes of the vertical edges of the support. The edge of the lower top is adjacent to the vertical plane of the support; ■ the shape of both tops: hexagon (fig. 1), square (rectangle) with cut corners (fig. 2), circle with cut chords (fig. 3). The shape of the tabletop was selected so that the tables, when put together, would create 4-piece sets (Fig. 4–5) or 3-piece sets (Fig. 6).
