PL 24012 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw stolików przeznaczony do róznorodnych zastosowan. Przedmiot wzoru jest pokazany na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 i fig. 2 pokazano zestaw stolików w widokach perspektywicznych z dwóch róznych ujec, na fig. 3 pokazano zestaw stolików w stanie rozstawionym na poszczególne czesci skladowe, a na fig. 4 pokazano zestaw w przykladowej konfiguracji. Zestaw stolików sklada sie z trzech elementów, dolnego, stanowiacego podstawe dla dwóch górnych, które sa jednakowe i stanowia polowe elementu dolnego, podstawowego. Zestaw mozna stosowac w róznych ustawieniach i kompletacjach, np. jako tzw. stól kawowy, pokazany na fig. 1 i fig. 2, jako stolik komputerowy, pokazany na fig. 3 – wtedy na dolnej podstawie ustawiona jest jedna czesc górna, a druga czesc górna jest ustawiona na wersalce jako stolik ulatwiajacy jedzenie osobie siedzacej lub lezacej na wersalce, co równiez pokazano na fig. 4. Cechy istotne wzoru to charakterystyczny ksztalt i wymiary elementów zestawu stolików. Elementy zestawu sa tak dobrane, ze dolny element, stanowiacy podstawe, jest duzym stolikiem na krótkich nogach, a dwa górne elementy stanowia polówki elementu dolnego, maja wlasne nózki, na których moga byc ustawiane na dolnym elemencie, na podlozu, na wersalce czy lózku, pojedynczo lub razem. Blaty elementów skladowych zestawu sa wykonane z tego samego materialu, podobnie nózki, co sprawia, ze zestawianie czesci skladowych wywoluje zharmonizowane wrazenia estetyczne. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show the set of tables in perspective views from two different angles, Fig. 3 shows the set of tables in a state of being separated into individual components, and Fig. 4 shows the set in an exemplary configuration. The set of tables consists of three elements: a lower one, which constitutes the base for the two upper ones, which are identical and constitute half of the lower, basic element. The set can be used in various arrangements and combinations, e.g. as a so-called The coffee table, shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, or the computer table, shown in Fig. 3, where one upper part is placed on a lower base, and the other upper part is placed on a sofa bed as a table to facilitate eating for a person sitting or lying on the sofa bed, which is also shown in Fig. 4. The essential design features include the characteristic shape and dimensions of the table set's components. The set's components are selected so that the lower element, constituting the base, is a large table on short legs, and the two upper elements, halves of the lower element, have their own legs on which they can be placed on the lower element, on the floor, on a sofa bed, or bed, individually or together. The tops of the set's components are made of the same material, as are the legs, which creates a harmonious aesthetic impression when combining the components.
