Stól moze pelnic funkcje stolu jadalnianego, stolu konferencyjnego, stolu restauracyjnego itp. Stól sklada sie czterech segmentów podstawowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt blatu, zastosowanie jednej nogi przylegajacej do krawedzi blatu oraz podpory plytowej montowanej pod blatem stolu kazdego z segmentu podstawowego. Ksztalt i wymiary blatu segmentu podstawowego moga byc tak dobrane aby zestaw tworzyl forme stolu 2–4–6–8–10–12 osobowego. Kazdy segment podstawowy moze wystepowac w wersji stalej lub rozbieralnej. CECHY ISTOTNE WZORU PRZEMYSLOWEGO Za istotna ceche wzoru nalezy zaliczyc: ? podzial stolu na cztery identyczne elementy, które samoistnie moga tworzyc w pelni funkcjonalne mniejsze stoly (fig. 4–6); ? nogi, ze skosami na krawedziach pionowych, przylegajace do krawedzi blatu. Plaszczyzny krawedzi blatu licuja sie z plaszczyznami krawedzi pionowych nóg; ? podpory, ze skosnymi krawedziami pionowymi, montowanymi pod blatami. Ilustracja wzoru PL 24813 3 PL 24813 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLPL 24813 2 Description of the Industrial Design The subject of the industrial design is a table (Fig. 1-3) used as furnishing for homes, apartments, offices, and public facilities such as restaurants, cafes, etc. The table can function as a dining table, conference table, restaurant table, etc. The table consists of four basic segments. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the shape of the tabletop, the use of one leg adjacent to the edge of the tabletop, and a plate support mounted under the tabletop of each basic segment. The shape and dimensions of the tabletop of the basic segment can be selected so that the set creates a table for 2-4-6-8-10-12 people. Each basic segment can be either fixed or detachable. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF AN INDUSTRIAL DESIGN ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN: ■ the division of the table into four identical elements, which can independently create fully functional smaller tables (figs. 4–6); ■ legs with beveled vertical edges, adjacent to the edge of the tabletop. The planes of the tabletop edges are flush with the planes of the vertical legs; ■ supports with beveled vertical edges, mounted under the tabletops.
