Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, uklad linii, kontury, strukture powierzchni, kolorystke. Stól moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z drewna, z metalu, ze szkla i z tworzyw sztucznych. The table, according to the design, can function as a coffee table, garden table, or coffee table. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the shape, arrangement of lines, contours, surface structure, and color scheme. The table can be manufactured industrially or by hand from wood, metal, glass, or plastic. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the table in a perspective view, variant 1, and Fig. 2 shows the table in a perspective view, variant 2. The essential features of the industrial design include that the table variant 1, shown in Fig. 1, has a top in the shape of a flattened cuboid. The tabletop rests on legs attached to it at the corners. The table legs are shaped like fancifully profiled solids, the sides of which flare upward. The convexities of the legs at the top point outward and merge into concavities downward. The tabletop is made of a material that resembles a wooden surface. The legs' surface is smooth and shiny. The table, based on industrial design variant 2, shown in the attached drawing (Fig. 2), has an extendable tabletop in the shape of a flattened cuboid. The tabletop rests on legs attached to it at the corners. The table legs are shaped like fancifully profiled solids, the sides of which flare upward.
