Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest mebel wypoczynkowy w stylu biedermeier sluzacy jako wyposazenie wnetrz pomieszczen, którego nowa postac oraz indywidualny charakter przejawia sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie i umiejscowieniu poszczególnych elementów oraz strukturze powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, gdzie fig. 1, 2 i 3 przedstawia oparcie od strony prawej mebla wypoczynkowego, a fig. 4, 5 i 6 przedstawia oparcie od strony lewej mebla wypoczynkowego. Fig. 7 przedstawia widok calego mebla wypoczynkowego. Fig. 1 przedstawia czesc boczna mebla wypoczynkowego od strony prawej widoczna od frontu. Walek znajduje sie we wcieciu bocznego oparcia mebla wypoczynkowego, stanowiac wbudowany w oparcie element, umiejscowiony calkowicie poza czescia stanowiaca siedzisko mebla wypoczynkowego. Srodek rozety stanowiacej przekrój walka znajduje sie na wysokosci zewnetrznej krawedzi siedziska mebla wypoczynkowego. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, where Figs. 1, 2 and 3 show the backrest on the right side of the lounge furniture, and Figs. 4, 5 and 6 show the backrest on the left side of the lounge furniture. Fig. 7 shows a view of the entire lounge furniture. Fig. 1 shows the side part of the lounge furniture from the right side, visible from the front. Fig. 2 shows the shaft constituting part of the side backrest from the right side, with a visible rosette. Fig. 3 shows the side backrest of the lounge furniture from the right side, visible from the seat side. Fig. 4 shows the side part of the lounge furniture from the left, visible from the front. Fig. 5 shows the side part of the lounge furniture from the left side, visible from the side. Fig. 6 shows the side backrest of the lounge furniture from the left side, visible from the seat side. Fig. 7 shows the entire lounge furniture visible from the front. The lounge furniture is upholstered in a uniform fabric, with the inner part of the main backrest and the side backrests having a quilted structure. The upper part of the side backrests has the shape of an ellipse, under which there is a roller with a decorative rosette ending. The roller is located in the indentation of the side backrest of the lounge furniture, constituting an element built into the backrest, located completely outside the part constituting the seat of the lounge furniture. The center of the rosette, which is a cross-section of the cylinder, is located at the height of the outer edge of the seat of the lounge furniture. Important features of an industrial design Lounge furniture according to an industrial design is characterized by the following features: 1) The upper part of the side backrest of the lounge furniture has an ellipse cross-section. 2) The roller is located in the indentation of the side backrest of the lounge furniture, constituting an element built into the backrest, located completely outside the part constituting the seat of the lounge furniture. 3) The shaft ends with a rosette. 4) The lounge furniture is covered with upholstery fabric with a quilted structure.
