Przejawy przemyslowej twórczosci wzorniczej, które zakreslaja istote przedmioto wego wzoru uwidoczniono w sposób pelny na rysunkach, stanowiacych integralna czesc zgloszenia i ilustrujacych wraz z opisem wzoru cechy istotne w zakresie zadanej ochrony prawnej. Meble wypoczynkowe uwidoczniono na rysunkach, które ukazuja: fig. 1 - widok mebla wypoczynkowego z boku, fig. 2 - fotel jednoosobowy w widoku ukosem od tylu, fig. 3 - sofe dwuosobowa z rozlozona jedna czescia, fig. 4 - sofe dwuosobowa w widoku ukosnym, a fig. 5 - sofe trzyosobowa. Jak pokazano na figurach rysunku wzory posiadaja swoisty wyglad nadany poprzez wspólne cechy nizej wymienione: - meble maja element boczny 5, który zblizony jest ksztaltem do cwieci kola, a w górnej czesci ponad siedziskiem 1 wychylony lekko do przodu, pas dolny 2 pod siedziskiem 1 oslania mechanizm metalowy 10, a przy odchylonym oparciu 3 do tylu pas dolny 2 pod niesiony jest do góry na poziom siedziska 1, przy czym siedzisko 1 w tylnej czesci za oparciem 3 schodzi klinem 4 do krawedzi dolnej mebla jak pokazano na fig. fig. 1-5; - dodatkowa cecha wspólna jest poducha 6 w górnej czesci stanowiaca zaglówek 8 i polaczona z tylna powierzchnia oparcia 3, posiadajaca oryginalne czworoboczne prze szycie 7 na powierzchni czolowej, a element boczny 5 posiada podlokietnik 9. W odmianie I - mebel wypoczynkowy jest fotelem jednoosobowym z mechani zmem bujania, jak pokazano na fig. 1 - fig. 2. Tapicerka wykonana jest ze znanych materialów tapicer skich, takich jak skóra naturalna, wlókniny, welur lub material skóropodobny. The aesthetic effect is achieved by the new form of the lounge furniture, through the original shaping of the side elements, external surfaces, and interpenetration lines, as well as the incorporation of wood or metal parts into the body. The industrial design creativity that defines the essence of the subject design is fully demonstrated in the drawings, which constitute an integral part of the application and, together with the design description, illustrate the features essential to the desired legal protection. The lounge furniture is illustrated in the drawings, which show: Fig. 1 - a side view of the lounge furniture, Fig. 2 - a diagonal rear view of a single armchair, Fig. 3 - a two-seater sofa with one section unfolded, Fig. 4 - a diagonal view of a two-seater sofa, and Fig. 5 - a three-seater sofa. As shown in the drawing figures, the designs have a specific appearance given by the common features listed below: - the furniture has a side element 5 which is similar in shape to a quarter of a circle and in the upper part above the seat 1 is slightly tilted forward, the lower strip 2 under the seat 1 covers the metal mechanism 10, and when the backrest 3 is tilted back, the lower strip 2 is raised up to the level of the seat 1, while the seat 1 in the rear part behind the backrest 3 descends with a wedge 4 to the bottom edge of the furniture as shown in figs. 1-5; - an additional common feature is a cushion 6 in the upper part constituting a headrest 8 and connected to the rear surface of the backrest 3, having an original quadrilateral stitching 7 on the front surface, and the side element 5 has an armrest 9. In variant I - the lounge furniture is a single-seater armchair with a rocking mechanism, as shown in fig. 1 - fig. 2. In variant II - the lounge furniture is a two-seater sofa with separate mechanisms for reclining the backrest 3 and lifting the lower belt 2, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 4. In variant III - the lounge furniture is a three-seater sofa with separate mechanisms for reclining the backrest 3 and lifting the lower belt 2, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 5. The base of the furniture in variant I of the single-seater armchair is shown in fig. 1, where the base of the furniture with a rocking mechanism is visible. The 2-seater and/or 3-seater sofas preferably have a reclining backrest 3, as shown in Photo 3. The armchair legs are wooden or metal. The upholstery is made of well-known upholstery materials such as natural leather, non-woven fabrics, velvet, or leather-like material. The lounge furniture, made in the form of a pattern and its variations, designated by registered essential features, gives the shapes of the set elements a unique and original appearance and is shown in the photographs in red leather from the front, with the exception of Photo 1, which shows the furniture from the side, and Photo 2, which shows the armchair from the back. Essential features of the industrial design 1. Lounge furniture, characterized in that it has a side element 5 which is similar in shape to a hunchback and in the upper part above the seat 1 tilted slightly forward, the lower belt 2 under the seat 1 covers the metal mechanism 10, and with the backrest 3 tilted back the lower belt 2 is raised up to the level of the seat 1, wherein the seat 1 in the rear part behind the backrest 3 descends with a wedge 4 to the lower edge of the furniture as shown in figs. 1-5. 2. Furniture according to claim 1, characterized in that in variant I the lounge furniture is a single-seater armchair with a rocking mechanism as shown in figs. 1 - 2. 3. Furniture according to claim 1, characterized in that in variant II the lounge furniture is a two-seater sofa with separate mechanisms for reclining the backrest 3 and lifting the lower belt 2, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 4. 4. Furniture according to claim 1, characterized in that in variant II the lounge furniture is a three-seater sofa with separate mechanisms for reclining the backrest 3 and lifting the lower belt 2, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 5. 5. Furniture according to claim 1, characterized in that a cushion 6 is connected to the rear surface of the backrest 3, constituting a headrest 8 in the upper part, which additionally has a quadrilateral stitching 7 on the front surface, as shown in figs. 1-5. 6.
