Fotel Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 12.04.2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest fotel. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac fotela, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustra- cyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawi a fotel w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, fig.2 - widok stelaza fotela z fig. 1 w izometrii, fig.3 - odmiane fotela z fig. 1 w widoku perspe- ktywicznym z boku, a fig.4 - widok stelaza fotela z fig.3 w izometrii. Fotel wedlug wzoru posiada boki w postaci esowatych elementów listwowych, których podstawy sa proste, natomiast porecze maja konce zagiete lukowo w dól. Boki fotela sa polaczone ze soba listwami, umieszczonymi pomiedzy ich podstawami. Siedzisko fotela jest w ksztalcie prostokata. Oparcie fotela ma kontur zblizony do ksztaltu grzybka.Odmiana fotela wedlug wzoru ma boki w postaci esowatych elementów listwo- wych, których podstawy sa proste, natomiast porecze maja konce lekko zagiete w dól. Wygiecia przy podstawach boków zawieraja odcinek pionowy, natomiast wygiecia przy poreczach maja ksztalt luku. Boki fotela sa polaczone ze soba listwami, z których jedna laczy pionowe czesci wygiec przy podstawach obydwu boków, a druga listwa usytuo- wana jest w poblizu konców ich podstaw. Siedzisko fotela jest w ksztalcie prostokata. Oparcie fotela ma zarys wydluzonego prostokata, przy czym jego górna czesc jest lekko przegieta do przodu. The sides of the chair are connected with strips, one of which connects the vertical parts of the bends at the base of both sides, and the other strip is located near the ends of their bases.
