Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie jego elementów skladowych. W tym przypadku pomiedzy bocznymi oparciami tej sofy umieszczona jest skladana trójczesciowa plyta, zlozona z trzech prostokatnych segmentów wykonanych z materialu elastycznego, z których jeden spoczywa na przednim waskim pasie prostokatnym i skrzyni sofy przylegajac swym czolem do tylnej prostokatnej sciany tej skrzyni, natomiast dwa pozostale segmenty spoczywaja na U-owych ruchomych podporach polaczonych z tymi segmentami elementami zawiasowymi. Fotel pokazany na fig.3, analogicznie jak sofa pokazana na fig.l ma przedni waski prostokatny pas oraz tylna prostokatna znacznie wyzsza sciane, stanowiace elementy skrzyni tego fotela, do których obu boków przylegaja oparcia boczne z czterema nózkami o ksztalcie zewnetrznym analogicznym jak w sofach pokazanych na fig. li 2 to jest maja one równiez ksztalt zblizony do splaszczonego prostopadloscianu z zaokraglonymi przednimi narozami, a w poblizu ich dolnych konców zaopatrzone sa w nózki w ksztalcie scietych ostroslupów. The new and individual character of the industrial design is reflected in the shape of its components. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which fig. 1 shows a two-seater sofa with a sleeping function in a folded state, intended for sitting, in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the same sofa in a folded state, intended for sleeping, in a perspective view, fig. 3 - an armchair in a perspective view, fig. 4 - a four-seater corner sofa with a sleeping function in a folded state, intended for sitting, in a perspective view, fig. 5 - the same sofa in a folded state, intended for sleeping, in a perspective view, fig. 6 - a pouffe for sitting. The two-seater sofa in a folded state, intended for sitting, shown in fig. 1, has a narrow rectangular front strip and a significantly higher rectangular rear wall, constituting elements of its box, to both sides of which the side backrests adjoin. These backrests have the shape of a solid with a width that covers both side walls of the sofa box, the lower surfaces of which are located in the plane of the lower, longer side of its front rectangular element. Their rear faces abut the rear rectangular wall so that the side surfaces of this wall are located in the plane of the outer side walls of these backrests, the outer faces of which protrude slightly beyond the plane of the front rectangular element of the sofa box. Furthermore, the side backrests of the sofa, when viewed from the front, have the shape of a roughly flattened cuboid with rounded front corners, and near their lower ends are provided with legs in the shape of truncated pyramids. Between the side backrests of the sofa box and its narrow rectangular front element rest two-part seats, and on them two-part rear backrests, slightly tilted rearward, adjoin the rear, sloping rectangular wall of the sofa box and protruding above it. Both the seats and backrests of the sofa, adjoining each other at their inner sides and positioned on the same central dividing lines, are shaped like thick cushions with a profile similar to that of rectangular panels with rounded edges and corners, with the front surfaces of these seats located in the plane of the front surface of the rectangular front panel of the box. In turn, the backrest cushions protruding above the rear wall of the sofa box in their central section feature deep, oval-shaped quilting along the entire width of the cushions, creating noticeable decorative channels with the same profile. The two-seater sofa, when unfolded for sleeping, shown in Fig. 2, has a shape identical to the two-seater sofa intended for sitting, shown in Fig. 1, but after removing the seat and backrest cushions. In this case, between the side backrests of this sofa there is a foldable three-part plate, composed of three rectangular segments made of flexible material, one of which rests on the front narrow rectangular strip and the sofa box, adhering with its front to the rear rectangular wall of this box, while the other two segments rest on U-shaped movable supports connected to these segments by hinge elements. The armchair shown in Fig. 3, similarly to the sofa shown in Fig. 1, has a narrow rectangular front section and a significantly higher rectangular rear section, constituting the armchair's box section. Adjacent to each side are side backrests with four legs of an external shape analogous to the sofas shown in Figs. 1 and 2; that is, they also have a shape similar to a flattened cuboid with rounded front corners, and near their lower ends are provided with legs in the shape of truncated pyramids. Between the side backrests on the armchair's box section and its narrow rectangular front section rests the seat cushion, and on top of it rests the backrest cushion, slightly tilted backward, adjoining the rear rectangular wall of the box and protruding above that wall. Both the seat cushion and the backrest cushion are shaped like thick rectangular panels with rounded edges and corners, while the backrest cushion in its central section has deep, semi-oval quilting running along the entire width of the cushion, creating a noticeable decorative channel with the same profile. The four-seater corner sofa, when folded for seating, shown in Fig. 4, has two narrow front rectangular panels with sloping inner sides of significantly different lengths, positioned perpendicularly to each other, between which is a short trapezoidal connecting element, and two rear rectangular walls, significantly higher than the front panels, also positioned perpendicularly to each other, which constitute the sofa's box. Adjacent to both sides of the sofa's box are side backrests, shaped like flattened cuboids with rounded front corners that merge into a convex, arched upper surface. Their rear walls abut the rear walls of the box so that the outer lateral surfaces of these walls and the backrest walls are flush. Four seats rest between the side backrests on the sofa box and on its narrow front strips, and on these rest five rear backrests, slightly tilted backward and resting on the upper, arched sections of the back walls and extending beyond them. These seats are adjacent to each other along their inner sides, with three of the four seats having the shape of thick cushions with a profile similar to cuboid boards with rounded edges and corners, while the fourth seat situated above the trapezoidal lower connector is a cushion having the shape of a pentagon when viewed from above. In turn, the seat cushions support five rear backrest cushions, protruding above the rear walls of the box, which, when viewed from the side, are roughly oval in shape. The front walls, approximately halfway up, feature deep quilting similar to ovals arranged transversely along the entire width of the cushions, creating noticeable decorative channels of the same profile. Adjacent to the rear two walls of the pentagonal seat cushion are two identical rear backrest cushions, narrower in width than the other three rear backrest cushions. The lower ends of the side backrests and the trapezoidal connecting elements of the sofa box are fitted with legs shaped like low, truncated pyramids. The corner sofa, when unfolded for sleeping, shown in Fig. 5, has the same shape as the corner sofa shown in Fig. 4, but after removing the two side-by-side seat cushions and the backrest cushions. In this case, between one side backrest of this sofa and between the pentagonal seat cushion and the backrest cushions located above it, there is placed a foldable three-part plate composed of three rectangular segments made of flexible material, one of which rests on the front narrow, longer rectangular strip and the sofa box, adjoining its front to the longer rear wall of this sofa, and the two remaining segments of this plate rest on U-shaped movable supports hinged to these segments. The seating pouffe shown in Fig. 6 is a base with a cross-sectional shape close to an oval, provided in the upper part with an outward protruding collar of the same oval profile. Essential features of the industrial design A set of lounge furniture consisting of a two-seater sofa, a fold-out sofa with a sleeping function, an armchair, a four-seater corner sofa with a sleeping function, a pouffe and a side table shown in figures 1-6 is characterized in that: - the two-seater sofa has a front narrow rectangular strip and a much higher rectangular rear wall constituting elements of its box, to both sides of which side backrests are adjacent, having the shape of a solid with a width covering both side walls of the sofa box, the lower surfaces of which are located in the plane of the lower longer side of its front rectangular element, their rear front surfaces are adjacent to the rear rectangular wall so that the side surfaces of this wall are located in the plane of the outer side walls of these backrests, the outer surfaces of which are The front ones protrude slightly beyond the plane of the front rectangular element of the sofa box, while the side backrests of this sofa, when viewed from the front, have a shape similar to a flattened cuboid with rounded front corners, and near their lower ends are provided with legs in the shape of truncated pyramids. - both the seats and the backrests of the sofa, adjoining each other with their inner sides and situated on the same central dividing lines, have the shape of thick cushions with a profile similar to cuboid boards with rounded edges and corners, while the front surfaces of these seats are situated in the plane of the front surface of the front rectangular strip of the box, while the backrest cushions protruding above the rear wall of the sofa box in their central part have deep quilting in the shape of oval parts, situated along the entire width of these cushions, creating noticeable decorative channels of the same profile. - the two-seater sofa, when unfolded for sleeping, has the same shape as the two-seater sofa intended for sitting, shown in fig.1, but after removing the seat cushions and backrest cushions, in this case, between the side backrests of this sofa there is a foldable three-part plate, composed of three rectangular segments made of flexible material, one of which rests on the front narrow rectangular strip and the sofa box adjoins: with its front to the rear rectangular wall of this box, while the other two segments rest on U-shaped movable supports connected to these segments by hinge elements. - the armchair, similarly to the sofa shown in Fig. 1, has a narrow rectangular front strip and a much higher rectangular rear wall, which constitute the elements of the armchair's case, to both sides of which are attached side backrests with four legs with an external shape analogous to the sofas shown in Fig. 1 and 2, i.e. they also have a shape close to a flattened cuboid with rounded front corners, and near their lower ends they are provided with legs in the shape of truncated pyramids. - between the side backrests on the seat box and its front narrow rectangular element there is a seat cushion, and on it there is a backrest cushion slightly inclined towards the rear, adjacent to the rear rectangular wall of the box and protruding above this wall, wherein both the seat cushion and the backrest cushion have the shape of thick rectangular boards with rounded edges and corners, and the backrest cushion in its central part has deep quilting in the shape of a partial oval, situated along the entire width of the cushion, creating a noticeable decorative channel with the same profile. - a four-seater corner sofa, when folded for sitting, has two front narrow rectangular strips with sloping inner sides of significantly different lengths, situated perpendicularly to each other, between which there is a short trapezoidal connecting element, and two rear rectangular walls, significantly higher than the front strips, also situated perpendicularly to each other, which constitute the elements of the box of this sofa, wherein the side backrests adjoining both sides of this box of the sofa have the shape of solids close to flattened cuboids with rounded front corners passing into an arched convex upper surface, the rear walls of which adjoin the rear walls of the box so that the side outer surfaces of these walls and the backrest walls are situated in one plane. - between the side backrests on the box of this sofa and on its front narrow strips there are four seats, and on them there are five back backrests slightly inclined backwards and resting on the upper arched parts of the back walls and protruding above these walls, which seats are adjacent to each other by their inner sides, wherein three of these four seats have the shape of thick cushions with a profile similar to cuboid boards with rounded edges and corners, while the fourth seat situated above the trapezoidal lower connector is a cushion having the shape of a pentagon in a top view, and on the seat cushions there are five back backrest cushions protruding above the back walls of the box having a shape similar to an oval in a side view, which on the front walls at about half of their height have deep quilting in the shape of a similar to the oval sections arranged transversely along the entire width of these cushions, resulting in noticeable decorative channels of the same profile. Adjacent to the two rear walls of the pentagonal seat cushion are two identical backrest cushions, their widths smaller than the remaining three backrest cushions. - The lower ends of the side backrests and the trapezoidal connecting elements of the sofa's box are equipped with legs in the shape of low truncated pyramids. - the corner sofa in the unfolded sleeping position has the same shape as the corner sofa shown in Fig. 4, but after removing the two seat cushions and backrest cushions located next to each other, in this case between one side backrest of this sofa and between the pentagonal seat cushion and the backrest cushions located above it, there is a foldable three-part plate, composed of three rectangular segments made of elastic material, one of which rests on the front narrow longer rectangular strip and the sofa box, adhering with its front to the longer rear wall of this sofa, and the two remaining segments of this plate rest on U-shaped movable supports, hingedly connected to these segments. - the seating pouffe is a base with a cross-section of a shape close to oval, provided in the upper part with a protruding outside collar with the same oval profile.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 Fig 4 Fig.5 Fig.6Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3Fig.4 Fig.5 Fig.6 PL
